Especially when there are zero customers in the store, at Starbucks, I expect a "legendary experience from partners." This means saying, "Hi, welcome to Starbucks! I'll be right with you!" immediately when customers walk thru the door, not making them wait for you to finish your partner to partner conversation/meeting on the floor. I ordered a black coffee from the Starbucks location via drive-thru, since I was in a hurry and they had a very short line. I usually don't order black coffee from Starbucks, since it's expensive compared to other competitors, but convenience was my primary concern during this visit. My order was seamless and the staff was very friendly. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Drive-thru ordered an impossible sandwich, Venti pink drink and my favorite- matcha green tea latte with 2 pumps white mocha. I love the pictures hanging inside so took a pic (sorry to the ladies that ended up in the pic haha). The order came fast which is what I like about Starbucks. Food: 5 Service: 5

I’ve been here three times in the last couple weeks. Service was very slow even though there were only two people in the store and no cars in drive thru. I asked for napkins and they said they didn’t have any. The barista said that I could go into the bathroom and get paper towels if I needed napkins.

I bought this kind of the drink: Venti Iced Tripple shots of Espresso, 3 pumps of White Mocha, light iced and extra salted caramel cold foam on the top every day, every Starbucks they do for me except this one. This is suck. I really want to give ZERO star if I can. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I always get an oatmilk shaken espresso on my way to work with vanilla and whip, more then half the time the notes are missed and it taste so burnt and disgusting, I’ll stop at a different location on the way and it taste way different! Also they are under staffed and do this annoying thing where they will leave on line orders running but close the lobby so you are forced to go threw the drive threw! The only reason I go to Starbucks is so I can order ahead and run in quick to pick up my coffee…. Then They don’t even answer the phone to let me know if lobby is open or closed! It’s the most annoying thing in the world when you are on a schedule. If this was not a convenient location I would avoid at all costs. Coffee taste like hate and if they are that understaffed I can see why. corporate needs to do better fix the situation. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

They do not care about delivery orders. Theyll say there working on it and proceed to work on something else. Stop lying to people. Also, stop treating us delivery drivers like thieves by checking our phones for the order. You don’t check mobile order customers. If you’re going to verify orders, then verify them all, not just delivery.
