Ordered large iced white chocolate mocha with ice on the side. They filled the left cup all the way up. Then they pour half the left cup out with me standing there watching them make my ordered,and jipped and ripped me off by filling it up with whip cream. I absolutely love Starbucks pink drink however, this location is always out of things. I go here almost every day on my lunch break however, one day my drink will be five dollars and some change and the last time that I went my drink was right at nine dollars that is ridiculous just for a drink. Tell me how my drink can change by that much, the staff are somewhat rude

Came into this Starbucks at 8:55pm this evening to get a Caramel Macchiato but was told that wasn’t possible because apparently they shut down the machines before they close. So disappointed and confused as to why Starbucks employees would shut everything down before closing.
