I visit Starbucks whenever I'm going to have a meal at the hospital cafe to get my coffee or a medicine ball. At the height of Covid, the hospital restricted visitors to all areas, except doctor's offices, that's why only hospital personnel were allowed. It is not the case anymore. Everyone is welcome. I was at the hospital today, as a visitor, and bought a coffee. I have never had a bad customer service experience.
