If I could give zero stars I would. This location has the worst customer service & the attitudes of the employees doesn't help. The older woman in the morning, with silver hair (Angie) SHOULD NOT be working if she's so miserable! Always seems bothered and hardly reaches her arm out the window to give you to the drink! I had to stretch as far as I possibly could, almost dropping the drink. Like you can't bring the drink to the customer a little closer! It is an action meant to be inconsiderate. Even her tone when she speaks is not customer friendly at all! Gives a terrible name and representation of Starbucks! Many of my friends, family and I have started using the other location on Acorn. Maybe you guys need to get some training techniques from them 🤣

Rude and lazy. There is no need to give a random customer attitude just because of the drink I order. AN ICED LONDON FOG TEA LATTE..... 3 ingredients in the drink btw... if there was an option to do 0 stars, I would. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
