We've been a few times, in person. One time our order was not done even after waiting 30 minutes. We came back after church and 2 hours later and picked it up - even though it was cold. Today we went in person, ordered 2 hot mochas. We had to wait about 15 minutes while others who ordered BEHIND us were served. Then one of the hot mochas came to the counter. I waited about 10 minutes, then asked why they don't just make the 2 hot mochas at the same time? They made some lame excuse like 'labeling error' - WHAT? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Starbucks is quick, ten cars in the drive through is ten minutes and mobile orders are always done before the estimated time. They've never gotten my order wrong and they are great greeters! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

The baristas are always, always in a good mood or at least they seem to be. This helps boost others to be happy. My coffee is always on point, I have never had any issues or a need to complain about anything here.

Someone has been messing up the hot coffees. This is the second time I order a sugar cookie latte and it doesn’t even taste anywhere close to a sugar cookie like it did before. It taste like burnt coffee with no syrup. I hope whoever is making the hot coffees in the morning fixes these mistakes soon. I didn’t want to leave a review. I tried to call instead to speak to a supervisor, but the call goes straight to voicemail.

You always know what to expect in the quality and consistency with Starbucks drinks. If it's not how you like it, they'll remake it. At this location, the people are nice and friendly... almost like Dutch Bros. They have a drive-thru as well as sit-in. Nice location. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I always get the Mocha Cookie Crumble when I order from Starbucks and it seems to come out a little better when I go to the one on Bell and Reems. There has been the same worker there whenever I went and she definitely has experience with this. I am horrible with names (I've forgotten my own a couple times) so I couldn't say exactly who she is. I am a very picky person and I haven't tried almost all of the other products there but I'm sure they're great too. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
