This is consistently the worst Starbucks I've been to. Unfortunately it's the only one on my way to work. They usually have a long line at the drive thru, not because they're so popular, but because they're so damn slow and sloppy with the orders. Several times I've been given the wrong order, and lukewarm coffee. Once my cup had a mouthful of grounds in the bottom. They constantly have to be reminded to get the food I've ordered. I've had it with this place. I'm switching to Dutch Bros.

Love the sugar snow man cookies!! I picked up the Thanksgiving coffee and a couple of the chocolate covered coffee beans. Very tasty!
The restroom was clean, they took my order and was was accurate and timely.

The service is great! I'm currently dealing with a cold and lost my voice I was recommended "the medicine ball" the drink tastes great, they also put a little green paper heart on my cup. They are so caring! Thank you so much!

The drive-thru was extremely slow. We figured the store was busy inside, but once we were at the window, we noted that wasn't the case. We received friendly service and an apology for the wait.

Update 6/4/2022: Very excited about the color changing reusable cups!! I wanted one of each color and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I left with one of each.
Love the ability to order via the app and pick up in store or drive through. Staff is always friendly.

Waited in drive through for over 10 mins and was given wrong drink. Drink was replaced but I mentioned my bagel again and still didn't get it. Had to go inside to order it for the 3rd time. Got to my car and no knife to spread the cream cheese....sigh
Staff appeared to be short but they were not rude...just stressed.
