Very unfriendly here every time I go here. 06/15/21 is the last time I have patient here. The chubby girl didn’t sound like she want to serve me. When I place my order they tell me they are out on everything I ask for which I kind of hard to believe because the stuff I ask are rarely use for other drinks. They told me the only thing they have is dripping coffee… which isn’t dripping coffee because my co-worker order his and they seriously pump this coffee from the very bottom…. Bottom line this place isn’t very welcoming and not many people come here for that and they rather order it from their espresso local. Last time I ordered at this place it didn’t not taste right and end up just tossing it.

I’ve been staying in town for a little over a month now for work and come here every day. The service is very hit or miss but a couple people make my day quick and so much better. I’m not sure the woman’s name in the mornings but always remembers my order and makes delicious coffee. If I come in the afternoon Brandon is always so kind and makes great coffee! Thanks to the people that go above and beyond to make that quick stop so much more enjoyable.

I got a latte in Ellensburg and made the mistake of not tasting it until I was 10 min west. The next closest Starbucks is this one in CleElum. I explained that my latte in Ellensburg was accidentally made with regular milk, instead of the requested oat milk. The CleElum barista re-made me my drink at no charge. Thank you! Excellent customer service.

Been here three times over the weekend and every time they are incredibly slow to make orders. One employee was restocking straws, etc. despite there being four or five drink orders in. Once that employee came to help they would stop making orders to talk to each other. Never been to a Starbucks with such slow service.

Both workers didn't seem to want to be at work and neither was nice. The one making my drink couldn't be bothered with the time it took to put extra caramel on my drink so she announced it was twice the standard amount which was complete nonsense.

Horrible customer service. Waited 10-15 minutes with another customer. Was then told they were stopping at the guy ahead of us to close at 1230...they don't close until 4 but they needed a break they had been there since 8.
