I had a great experience at this Starbucks location. The atmosphere is chill, the cleanliness is impressive, and the staff is both experienced and provides exceptional customer service. They even offer puppachinos for furry friends and a delightful breakfast selection for my little one. The combination of my espresso and the welcoming environment makes it a perfect start to the day. From the second you walk in the door, you are met with friendly smiles and cheerful hello's! The new girl up there is one of the nicest, and most helpful customer service rep I have experienced in a lot time. Selina was so sweet and had my order out to be in 3 minutes tops it felt like. Definitely recommend if you are in need of a quick coffee fix! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I tried the new lavender latte and it was amazing! Taylor was so friendly and helpful giving her recommendation to make the drink just like I would like it! Starbucks should take note! This is a pretty cool location. Decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating clean restrooms. Staff is pretty friendly as well. It’s kind of a small cozy, but open concept which is nice. Parking meter may not be hard to find depending on the time of day that you come. He may need to park across the street in the movie theater parking lot, but this is an overall nice location and we’ll visit again when I’m in the area.

My husband and I always look forward to getting our caffeine fix at this location just about everyday. Everyone is so kind, the place is always clean and we are always greeted by our names which most places don’t do anymore that’s extra special. I like my flat white made with caramel sauce on the side most other locations tell me “I’m sorry we can’t do that”. Whether I get it in cup or on the side shouldn’t matter since I’m paying for it. Inconsistent in drink making. The staff is always super friendly but we noticed they are not wearing Starbucks uniforms. Maybe a third party? They handed me a pumpkin cream cold brew without the pumpkin cream on it. I noticed other people had issues with their drinks and the service was taking a long time. Maybe they are understaffed. I was excited to get a drink after the water lantern festival but was refused service due to the excuses the supervisor on shift wanted to give. They still had 10-15 minutes before closing. Do not go here. Unless you want to be refused service due to excuses and laziness. They refused multiple others as well. Bryan Russel, if you do not wish to do your job, quit and allow someone who wants that job to be there. Don't be lazy please and give excuses. Its a shame that you're a supervisor allowing your store to lose money. I understand you want to leave, but you're supposed to take orders until close, you do not create the deadline for orders.stop going against policy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
