Stopped in for coffee and breakfast. I got the egg white sandwich with the ham, it looked pathetic, and was absolutely tasteless! I couldn't even finish it. I would highly recommend adding a slice of tomato and some greenery or at least having that option because it tasted as boring as it looked. No one asked what our name was so when the sandwich came out it sat there for a while just getting cold, which didn't help. This location is convenient for me but both times I’ve done a mobile order here in the past week, it was late when I picked it up. I give PLENTY of time to get the order ready from when I place the order to the time I pick up. The most frustrating part is that there was no one else at the store that early and the barista just meandered around like she didn’t have a care in the world. The lack of urgency in this particular Starbucks early in the morning is disturbing. There should be extra stars awarded or something when your order isn’t ready on time. If I hadn’t already paid for it, I’d have just left because they took so long that it almost made me late for work. Love this location! Staff always greats us every time. And so far my drinks have been perfect. I love it when I order something special and it never fails, they always make sure my drinks are to my expectation! I drive from Deer Park there for my drinks!!! Great music and the seating is awesome inside and outside! Great Staff and awesome customer service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We mobile ordered a dark and a blond brew with cream. Being a former Starbucks worker, I know what a simple order that is. Instead, we got 2 pikes and one of them was cold. Disappointed. Hate to give a bad review, but sometimes it is necessary. You want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee of your favorite preference and instead, you get a disappointment.

This Starbucks is always solid. I have never been given burnt coffee, the staff is always super nice, and the food has always been warmed to a good temperature. Definitely enjoy coming here. P.S. there is also a small outdoor terrace area so if you want to enjoy the weather, it's super convenient. I ordered a Green Tea Lemonade, Mozzarella/Tomato Sandwich, etc. The cashier helped me save by recommending the "power lunch". My purchase went from $20 to & $16.40 based on her suggestion. With her suggestion I gained a bottle of water and chips (YAY!). I appreciate her awareness and advice.

Honestly, one of the slowest Starbucks locations I’ve ever visited. Pretty consistent with their drinks as they make them…but just don’t be in any kind of hurry.
