My experience at this Starbucks is usually good. The customer service is friendly, and they work quickly to prepare your order. The issue yesterday on 8/16/23, was that I only had cash on me, a $50 bill, and unfortunately because they had changed tills, she couldn’t place my order. As a regular customer, this was very disappointing and frustrating. I’m not blaming the manager who was there around 4:30pm, but Starbucks makes so much money in a daily, that change should always be available. I literally had to drive to “Boat Club Road”, just to get the coffee I wanted, and they were able to fulfill my order with no problems. I still recommend this location, very peaceful and cultural-, but do better in certain areas.

I ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino. 00 I couldn’t even drink half of my drink, the lady barely blended it. The ice pieces couldn’t even fit through the straw. While filling the cup up she spilled all over the cup- then handed it to me as is.

That one star was wayyyyyyyy to much for the extra rude barista who told me they could not blend the water this morning . Because there was a extra cost associated. After I tipped them. 0- out of 10 stars, go to one with a better atmosphere and attitude. Old drinks were puddling up on the counter and the overall mood was dissaray. Boxes and junk alll over the place. Never been to a silly Starbucks before.

Used to come here on my lunch breaks a lot when I worked nearby. They do a great job and sometimes they remembered my usual order before I even had to say it 😂

We usually love coming to Starbucks before our Target run. Barista Kiefer and the young man working with her (long blonde hair) had horrible customer service. Pretty sure “company policy” doesn’t allow for mocking customers. I hope y’all feel “cool” by being extremely rude to customers.

Starbucks in general is getting way to expensive! At this location the actual price charged is more expensive than what their menu states and $.70 just to switch to oat milk. Do they deduct any if you want to leave off the whipped topping, no! So why charge that much for a different milk that is more common now than it has ever been. A grande iced PSL says $5.95 on the menu but I was charged $6.25 plus $.70 for oat milk. When I mentioned this to them they didn't seem to care and proceeded about their business.

I came in with my son, Paul, today and we experienced great customer service! Tatum got to our order very quickly, and got our drinks done correctly the 1st time.
Thank you Tatum, and thank you Starbucks.
This Starbucks is by far one of my favorites. They have cool chalk artwork (from cartoons to anime and more) done by one the baristas, they make the drinks very well balanced, and they’re friendly/helpful. They see me coming, know my name, and always make what I get quickly. I’m in and out in 5 minutes max usually!
Also to all the other people leaving bad reviews, this is the Target Starbucks! The other one is on 199 and yeah it can be rough some days (usually busy). This target one is amazing though!
Typical burnt tasting Starbucks. This location is terrible because it’s pretty much used by a bank for the same drive-through service. I don’t know what the issue with the staff here. But they have problems. It’s like they don’t want your business. No problem, I literally only go to Starbucks if I have no choice. Thankfully I just heard that Dutch Brothers is opening up off Azle Avenue.

The staff is very rude. They interrupt you while you’re speaking and have a nasty attitude when they are speaking to you. Blonde girl with glasses and short hair in pigtails was just mean. I’m assuming she was the same one who took my order but if not then that makes it worse that they are ALL like that.
I work in service too and understand bad days but that was terrible.
If you don’t want to work at Starbucks plenty of other places are hiring.
