Came in this am for Red cup day. The Store was about 30 min behind because of the crazy # of orders. They did a great job communicating wait times and getting orders out as quickly as possible. Even went above and beyond to offer samples of their sugar cookie to waiting customers. Went to do a DoorDash and they took 30 plus minutes to start on it. They fulfilled orders that came in after me for pick up. After saying something the guy shrugged his shoulders and said “it’s being worked on” and that was it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There were 7 employees. No customers inside Every table was filthy. There were a few drive through customers. The employees were on their phones, talking about water on mars, chapstick. Doing anything unrelated to Starbucks service. Service Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I really like their spinach wraps. I usually get a caramel macchiato with an extra shot or I might get a Java chip frappuccino with pumps of peppermint. I used to like getting their cookies and brownies but the prices are just hilarious on those right now. This time was different I actually got a vanilla frappe because I knew my wife might want a sip or two and she doesn't like coffee. Excellent! Had white chocolate mocha (hot) tall and a ham/cheese baguette. Drive thru line was kind of long but worth it. Good customer service, very friendly and helpful! I wasted a huge portion of my life today waiting in line in the Drive-Thru at Starbucks in farmington. Each and every order took forever. I don't think you could be as slow as they were even if you try Service: 1

Poor. The quality has gone Hill sadly especially in the last month. The psl had little to no pumpkin and the London fog I got was steamed oat milk with no tea bags. :( this is very disappointing honestly because scooters is further way but honestly it might be worth the drive for the cost of Starbucks with such poor quality.

I love Starbucks. Just wish they weren’t so slow. Sometimes it takes 20 - 30 mins to get my order.

Placed 2 online orders, 1 came out, 1 still wasn't ready 25 minutes later and we had to leave. Called and talked to the shift leader whose response was "we make drinks in the order they come in" even though we watched car after car come into drive through place an order and leave with their order. Her resolution was to tell me to have a nice day when I told her I didn't understand how there could be a 25 minutes delay in an order. Awful experience, very unprofessional staff.
