Came here the other night and was served by a girl with red hair and glasses. She was so friendly and made us the best Starbucks coffee Ive ever had! I asked for her favorite drink recommendation, and she made me an iced london tea latte and it was amazing. Best customer service. I can’t go to this location often since I’m from out of state, but I definitely recommend here!

Probably the worst Starbucks. I live in town, and used to drive to Wilmington before this location opened. I order on the mobile app for convenience and ease as I typically modify my beverages. Every time my order is incorrect, from coffees, to simple refreshers. I’m not sure what is so hard about following directions, especially when they’re specifically written out for you. Food is usually sloppy, or told to be out of upon arrival after already ordering on the app (nothing stating on the app items are out, assuming the staff clearly doesn’t want to make it, especially when it’s only 9:00 am.) This particular staff needs more training with attention to detail, and a manger that cares about the reviews being left by customers, and being present managing these persons. Sadly these mistakes will continue as it’s a chain business, and regardless people will visit. Except my business will go back to my prior location.

wish i could attach photos. ordered a croissant with sriracha & not only did i not get the sauce, there was ALSO something resembling a mouse dropping on top of the croissant. don’t know what else it could be but im disgusted. complemented my watery coffee beautifully >:(

The girls working here so not listen to the orders given or even make the drinks the proper way! And when I asked to remake the drink… that’s y I said it 4 times how to do it so that they wouldn’t need to remake the drink.. they still didn’t make it even the way it’s normally made with the inclusions ! I’m not sure y it’s difficult to add pieces strawberries inside the refreshers when it’s originally made this way anyways! Again these kids need more training or another job!
I wish they be more attentive to what’s being said and not just okay the person ordering!

Easily my favorite Starbucks ever. We are there every day, and these poor souls deal with us with a smile every day. Never messed up a drink, and they are the fastest when it comes to service. They are the best by far

we went through the drive through with a bigger order of drinks and they made us come inside. they could have at least had us park and them bring it to us. the whole point was we didn’t want to get out of the car. do better

When one walks up to the counter your Greeted instead? They're looking at you !? There was 2 that passed by me and didn't say anything? 3 other's just looked on without asking for my order !? A minute later and Nothing? All these so Called worker's and Not One !?
