Associates are not trained on the red card process nor are they trained how to properly use the app. Every associate makes up a different excuse. One associate working. 3 groups of 4 all ordering food and drinks. Long lines.

The barista said I need to get a grande in able to get a red cup during red cup day. Is that a rule now? I’ve gotten tall before and they still gave me a red cup. When I got my peppermint mocha, it tasted like hot water (it was also very hot, not right temp) with a hint of peppermint and milk. I thought I had covid for a sec. I had my husband tasted it and he said “I know what you mean, that has no taste.” So I went back and another barista made my drink, I just asked her if she can make me a peppermint hot chocolate instead and that one was so much better. Maybe the other barista was not trained well?

Staff was professional and curtious and seemed to enjoy their jobs laughing or smiling with each other as a team and giving a very positive professional. atmosphere. Well done to your employees, you didn't know but you made my day a bit brighter. Thank you...

Went to get a drink and it was about 20+ min before they closed and they were already closed! So they need to change the hours if that’s the case because this is the closest one to me & I drove after work all the way there & to be told they are closed already is kind of annoying.

Depending on who is working when I go in they are awesome one particular employee does not have personality very negative doesn't smile does not engage in any type of conversation I tried to talk to her and like she always does doesn't say a word back and if she does say something it's negative. Anyone that goes to this particular Starbucks would know exactly who I'm talking about. If she's working I will keep walking by not worth my time and money
One bad Starbucks. The girls there ruin the business.
Day one. After a detailed explanation of what I would like in my drink, the barista missed a key ingredient. After I pointed at that, she rolled her eyes and started redoing it with an attitude. No apologies.
Day Two; two weeks later. I showed the picture of an ingredient label from another Starbucks in the hope it would ease her work. Again the ingredient (Vanilla syrup shot) was missed. Not a big deal. I happened to splash a little bit of milk on the floor and then wiped it myself. Three hours later, after my shopping at Target, I stopped by on my way back to the doors and found that the floor was not cleaned at all (wet floor!). The coffee shop didn't have a single person, it was not overcrowded at all. One of the baristas was sitting at the table on her phone and eating Starbucks food. The attitude of the employees at this location needs to have serious management work. No greeting, sour faces, keep re-doing the drinks and they don't care about anything but their party-alike time. No wonder there were no people at that location as it used to be some time ago. I have pictures if a district manager would like to reach me.

This by far is one of my worst Starbucks experience! When I walked up I was not greeted so I greeted the two girls that were working. I placed order and was not asked my name as usual and was told it would be ready for pick up at the end. When my drink was ready they didn't call my name at all. Not the typical Starbucks experience for an already over priced drink. At the very least the staff could be friendlier. The one girl working that I could see the name tag was Genesis. Would highly recommend going to a different Starbucks.
There should be a zero star rating.
With so many options out there that aren't Starbucks, why do people continue visiting these over priced overrated coffee establishments?
Expand your horizons, treat yourself to anywhere beside Starbucks, every single chance you get!

ANYBODY THAT CLAIMS TO BE BLACK OR OF COLOR THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR PEOPLE THEIR CULTURE THEIR FISCAL STANDING & RESPONSIBILITY AND SPECIFICALLY HOW BLACK AND BROWN PEOPLE ARE TREATED SHOULD NEVER EVER SPEND A SINGLE CENT IN OR WITH ANY OF THESE BUSINESSES. NOT EVER!!
