Very clean surroundings on the outside, went through the drive thru which was kinda busy but line moved fast. I was there for coffee only and was everything I expected. Service was friendly and it was fast. The coffee was hot and fresh tasting. The parking lot does seem small to me if there was a line at the drive thru, may cause problems for parked cars to get out. I'm not sure on that part of it I didn't see if it was an issue just by looks only. Everything was positive and would recommend highly. This starbucks has the worst customer service ever! Every time I come into the store the the workers will see me standing there and never acknowledge that I'm standing there waiting to order. 10 minutes will go by without getting any help. Finally I walked up to one of the guys And his response was we will get to you. I said I understand your busy but how about you say hi and acknowledge I exist. Finally the manager came and took my order. The customer service us piss poor and they give me a sense that they don't like black people. Today I'm done with Starbucks Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

2/3 Full cup of Full price $5 Latte. What a deal and a joke. We need more local shops that can do the job right

This Starbucks location was pretty busy today, even I have been there 9:30AM what is already pretty late for coffee. Personal was very polite and did their best, but waiting line still was huge (inside and drive through). Overall good place for get some cake pops for kids and cup of coffee.

This Starbucks a little hard to get into/ out of with your vehicle. Customer service great, makes up for it, good atmosphere, selection, though recommend pour over for hot coffee, because, on tap, is often burnt? But found this too be true at all Starbucks of late. Pour over taste much better...cold drinks are good. I usually buy a pound, have it ground, take it home, prefer hot coffee, more economical to take a pound home.. Nice store, friendly staff. To close the lobby and not even have a sign on the door stating why you’re locking customers out is absurd. It’s the middle of the day, and I now cannot walk in to pick up my order. The drive thru here is slow and ridiculous always which is exactly why I placed an online order to begin with. I (first world problems) was in a time crunch which is why I placed the mobile order ahead of time to walk in and quickly grab, so I had to forgo even getting my order (almost $40) because the drive thru had 12 cars in line. The app also should not allow the pick up in lobby option if the store can’t accommodate.
As a former Starbucks employee, I have to say this is probably the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I once waited 45 minutes for an iced Americano (literally just ice, a couple of shots of espresso and water) after placing a mobile order 10 or 15 minutes before I arrived. I had placed the mobile order because I needed a quick cup of coffee before heading to an appointment (if I’d had the time, there are a lot of lovely local mom and pop coffee shops I would have gone to instead). This isn’t an occasional occurrence. Every time I have placed a mobile order a head of time at this location over the past year, I end up waiting at least 20 minutes to get my order — and even once had an employee accuse me of lying when I noted that she had given me both of my food items, but I was missing my drink. (She made me hand her my cellphone through the drive thru window to prove that I had ordered 3 items total further holding up both me and the cars behind me.) Operationally, the partners at this store and their shift managers and/or regional manager need to figure out how to more effectively design the kitchen area of the store or have enough staff on hand for more efficient throughput times. It’s unreal how long I have consistently had to wait for mobile orders both at the drive thru and in store over the past year. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Today at the end of the day we did stop here, Nobody know when you have a bad time but Lily today did my day! She is entusiasta doing her job, today she amazing me width a high class of costumer Service to resolve something to give us the best experience for the clients. Lily never give up!

Every single time I come to this location you can never order ahead. Be aware that with any order even if it’s just water your wait time will be from 30-45 mins. Please don’t have a customized drink because they definitely could careless. If you’re a lover of Starbucks this location will definitely change your mind. I will never stop at this location again.
