This Starbucks location is my favorite in Silverdale. Barnes & Noble is a close second but sometimes it gets too crowded. This location has a high table with phone chargers and many outlets in the wall and the floor so you can set up a laptop for a long study or work session after buying a drink. Among the times I've been here there was no line and not many people sitting in. Great if you are looking for a cafe to study or work in. Kim, the store absolutely amazing. Great customer service and support for the military. Our son had a big Coast Guard promotion ceremony this morning, and this store made sure everything was in place for hot coffee with all the accessories! Service Take out Meal type Other Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service is ok, there’s a lot of friendly staff, there’s one that doesn’t really say much and has RBF real bad. My drink never comes out right. If I wanted a cappuccino I’d order one but I always ask for no foam and I swear they give me extra. I’ve given them a chance a bunch of times it just doesn’t work out. I don't trust Starbucks with too many drinks, so I stick with a flat white with coconut milk. First coffee I received was just the steamed coconut milk. They didn't apologize, but offered to make a new drink. Second drink is a flat white but with regular milk. I asked for a different barista to remake the drink again, and I got coconut milk, but by that point the coffee was so weak it wasn't even a latte, much less a flat white. So I just walked out -- why would I keep asking them to remake it lol? This was the point where I say, I can't go back to any Starbucks, the quality is just so bad.

I'm not a huge Starbucks fan, but I LOVE there nitro brew with sweet cream and Carmel. I can literally order this a few times a day. The team there are very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and most importantly they always greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this location! Best Starbucks in the NW. My preference when it comes to Kitsap Starbucks stores. I use my local store here to compare other Starbucks. They set a high standard for cleanliness and food quality and their staff is very friendly and cheerful. The manager Mr James Cottier runs a tight ship!

My favorite Starbucks location in Silverdale. Clean open well-lit spacious interior. Staff is happy and super efficient. When I came in today (black Friday) the barista working the machine checked in with me because my order was taking an extra little bit. She was also checking in with her staff in a dozen different ways. Obviously a very effective manager or team member. Kudos. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Love the natural light from the windows (it’s bright during our summer days, but we’ll all appreciate it when it’s been raining for the 3rd month in a row). The lobby was thoughtfully designed, the staff was very friendly, and the store was spotless. I’m also loving the nostalgia of the 80-90s r&b music (TLC and Whitney Houston). I must have picked a good day!
