I had a delicious Calorie loaded Hot Cocoa. My Friend had something Cold. Both were well prepared. Inside was very clean. Personnel were Courteous & Professional. We passed on the Pastries since it was almost Dinner Time, but boy was that hard to do!

They were slammed this day so maybe it was this thay caused the problem? They made mine and handed it to me and there was little drizzle of mocha on top but the drink was whitish in color and very runny. I said sorry is there mocha in here because it does not look like it and it is very runny. The girl said oh sorry I took it as mocha drizzle. She remade it the only thing that seemed to change was no mocha drizzle on top this time. Still just as runny and not the flavor it should taste like. I unfortunately can not drink coffee's like this so runny it is like just drinking milk and it does make me sick for some reason so i had to throw it out. I was not going to attempt a 3rd time on them remaking it. Just went to this location because it was not closed. I will wait for the others to be open next time. Thank you though for beinf open on this day.

Ordered a Gingerbread latte- tastes like watered down milk! Went back reordered and tasted at the window. Still tasted "undrinkable". Gal stated "ya I can't stand that one either" and sent me on my way. Wouldn't u think a different drink option would have been offered? That was a waste of $7!

Nice clean store. Very relaxed atmosphere. Mostly frequented by locals, as it's away from major highways. Good easy location off of the main road through St. Helens. Easy to spot, on a corner at a four way light. Enough parking in the lot which runs in front of the store and the other businesses in the strip. At the busiest if times if needed, there's a huge Walmart parking lot across the street.
Had a great bagel here several times, and hot sandwiches. Coffee has always been hot and good as well as blended specialty drinks.
They seem to have a fair amount of staff turn over. Often a new face when I stop in, but overall friendly prompt service. Has improved under the new manager.
One weird thing though that's annoying. They at times want to make you go to the cash register to put cream in your coffee? Like they don't want to put the creamer out with the other coffee condiments. Seems like a basic customer need to me, to have the cream and sugar together and away from purchasing. This happens in not hot weather, so it isn't that.
Probably the nicest part of this location is the lounging area. They have several tables and chairs, lots of large windows, good lighting and a sofa and comfy chair area for reading or chatting as well.
Always had fine experiences here with the service and drinks. It is just a Starbucks. This location feels like a place for quick pickups on the go, not for sitting and staying a while. So it goes in Columbia County, so it goes…

Yesterday, Starbucks literally told me to find another place to get my coffee when I complained that they made my cappuccino wrong.
So I did.
Javalation knows how to make a cappuccino. Also, their breakfast sandwich is much better than Starbucks. My dogs are happier, because the pup cups are bigger, and they include a doggie biscuit. The service was great. No one tried to up-sell or push me thru the line.
Thanks for the great advice, Starbucks.
