It absolutely discussed me to pay between 4:00 and $6 for a cup of coffee whose were all products cost maybe $0.60. also I am politically extremely opposed to highly profitable corporate structures who oppose labor organization. Exploitative to their employees and the public but hey they're making lots of money right?! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Our drinks were great. There was an employee in a extremely bad mood, slamming things around as she making drinks. It was very annoying. I said something to to a gentleman that was supposed to be manager, he went and talk to her and it did nothing. She stay in her fowl mood, slamming equipment as she making drinks. Very rude as she spoke to her co workers. I wish I could have gotten her name. I have not been back in since this happened and it will probably be a long while. Management really did nothing. Customers and Co workers had to contend with her actions and that should not be. So that why I am rating it low Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

The food of course is always good, however it seems none of the employees have a brain. I went in one day, ordered 6 items and a young girl proceeded to hand them to me one at a time. I had to reminded her I needed a bag. This is a week.y occurrence. Common sense should tell them of course I will need a bag for several items. Hire someone who can think for themselves

The two girls there were very non personable and rude. Their sugar and cream were out and it was not busy. They hardly said hello or welcomed me. And they acted annoyed with my order even though it was as simple as an esspreso over ice.

If I could give no stars I would..The unfriendly hateful young girl working the register tonight needs to find a new occupation because customer service is not for her. I have been to this location multiple times and never a problem unless this girl is working. Even the customers in front of us were commenting on her behavior.. I tried giving her a chance and figured it was a bad day but she continued to act like we were a issue and a waste of her time we ordered 3 cake pops and we’re treated like we didn’t order them and were just trying to pull one over on them so I just said screw it and we left I will never give this Starbucks anymore money until her attitude is fixed or she is gone!!

their coffee tastes like burnt diner coffee unless you add their chemical ridden flavorings to your overly priced coffee. people are fooled into believing Starbucks coffee is strong, but the truth is they made their reputation by re-roasting properly roasted beans. they fooled the morons in Hollywood years ago, that's what made them famous. are you that stupid?

The staff is always nice and friendly. Baristas are quick and pleasant. I just wish the cream was filled more often and the displays weren’t so jammed together.

The staff was very friendly and great customer service. They were fast at making our drinks and I enjoy the fact they repeat what you ordered to ensure you are getting exactly what you asked for.

The manager of the Starbucks in the Ingles on Russ Avenue is AWESOME! I think her name is Cindy but I'm not sure. She is always pleasant and keeps her cool even when the place is packed and the pressure is on. She keeps her team well organized and in good spirits.
