I ordered a shaken espresso with coconut milk with light ice. I've NEVER EVER had an issue ordering this before. It came FULL of ice. I asked the gal in the drive thru if she could dump my drink into another cup with almost no ice. Another employee probably 50ish tattoos on her arm raspy voice came up to me and told me to order a latte next time! The way she talked to me was RUDE, EMBARRASSING, CONDESCENDING, LIKE I'M A COMPLETE IDIOT DUMB MORON! She walked off I was dumbfounded I should have got her name. I will be writing corporate and complaining. Who is she to tell me what I NEED to order? I've never had an issue ordering this drink how I want. Ordered 3 days in a row. Visiting from FL. Every single day, the hot coffees that we ordered were cold to the touch. Our friends we were with say it’s ALWAYS like that. That’s horrible because Starbucks ain’t cheap. The staff were rude, didn’t look up once, we said thank you and we got a side eye. Will not go back.
