I am so thrilled that Starbucks opened this store, which is ten minutes away from my home. I had an amazing experience this morning with Nicolette; she was warm, friendly, compassionate, kind, and truly made my day. She, along with the other employees, all give five-star service to every customer that goes to their store. My order is always delicious, and again, Nicolette is absolutely fantastic at her job! A special shout out to Khae who is always kind and friendly to me, Joe as well! Although, I’ve had a couple bad experiences at this store, everyone for the most part is trying their best to go above and beyond in the customer service department, and in making me feel like a valued customer. This Starbucks is lit 🔥! Please upper management, treat them as so! Thank you to all the baristas for making my drinks with extra care and may everyone treat you kindly!
