I been there twice since the opening and they are snail pace! Make sure you can wait at least 30 minutes, and that's the drive thru with just 3 cars ahead of you. After I left I realized that my cup was only half way filled!

There are almost no tables! If you want to enjoy your coffee or pastry and relax for a bit, this is not the place. If you want to study or work on your laptop this is not the place for that, there are charging outlets but no tables! I have never seen something like that before in a Starbucks. I asked the manager about the situation and he just told me "We are doing the best we can". They don't even care. They are always saying that the tables will come "soon".

I'm not sure if this is a franchised Starbucks location or what but... Out of all the Starbucks I've ever visited in the states this is by far the first one that I had to question if I was truly at a "Starbucks" because of how terrible my experience was.
The employees are completely useless and there was only one manager there that seemed to know what she was doing and had a nice smile, meanwhile everyone else looked lost and confused.
I get it, this location is new but clearly the employees need more training as the lady who took my order was lost meanwhile the manager had to help her through finding any item on the computer for my order. I ordered a cold brew, a sandwich and a coffee cake..
Upon getting the order, I notice an extremely soggy turkey bacon sandwich.. It was so soggy it was not edible, I ended up giving it to my service dog, on top of that they forgot to put bacon in it.. That's not even the worst part. The parking is a nightmare and a Liability. The drive through cuts right through the customers walking area and is a hazard!
To make things worst there's a long walk way just to get to the front door instead of making it shorter and quicker to access...clearly you can tell this location was previously used for a different business but man come on why would Starbucks not remodel the entrance and leave it looking like a half-built cookie cutter ramp.
Back to the horrid parking, there's literally a KFC that connects directly behind the Starbucks locations and then a basking Robin on the other end and it's just a cluster-disaster. Truly I have never been to a Starbucks like this. Overall the place was spacious, well designed but you call tell the employees don't know what to do and not to mention there was crumbs and straws on the floor and not once in the few hours I was there doing work on my laptop did anyone clean. Oh and worst part of it all is the wifi isn't even free... You need to buy something and get an access code and give full first name, last name and email with no options of opting out from receiving marketing emails just to use their Wi-Fi.. Truly I don't how this location was ever approved by corporate.

No tables! Is disappointing since it’s so close to my university, though I have to go to the other side of the city to go to the other Starbucks of that city because of the lack of tables. It’s been opened for months already and still the same. The tables they got they have no outlets to connect your laptop. That’s a dealbreaker for me.

Theoretically a Starbucks but functionally a Burger King or worse. The sitting area is a chaotic mess that makes no sense. The order was intended to be dine-it but had to take it to go, even if there weren’t that many people. There’s like 50 employees out of whom at most two are actually working.

Music so loud, coffee (better to say mostly milk and no coffee). And the waiting time is at least 20 min when they are actually more than 4 people working in the place.
