Bad service, I got a caramel macchiato and they didn’t put drizzle on it. I was trying to be nice and ask for a side of caramel drizzle to do it myself and didn’t even complain about them not doing it. (It’s not the first time. Sometimes they said it sunk to the bottom. Yeah right. It sinks that fast when you don’t get the foam thick enough, but if that happens that means that barista can’t do lattes, and needs to get trained!) The lady at the register didn’t even know what I was talking about then ask someone else. She came back saying they need to charge for extra syrup because “it’s our syrup” she said. I told her how it’s not syrup I wanted, just drizzle and kept saying we charge for syrup 🤦🏻‍♀️. I just said it’s ok and left. I have never gotten charged for extra caramel DRIZZLE at any Starbucks especially if I didn’t get any, and that is part of the drink’s garnish! Service Take out Service: 1
