Busy drive thru got my order wrong on 50% off period. Went in to get it corrected and was ignored by baristas that looked confused like they were training and cashier moving merchandise. Finally drive thru guy acknowledged and remade nitros. Since when does the vanilla sweet cream come out of the nitro spout instead of being put on top. Not as good mixed like that. Poor service! This Sbux is by far the worst location! I ordered three drinks and in between completing each drink in my order the barista would complete other orders, causing my drinks to sweat on the counter as I waited. The third drink I was given was a caramel frap, although I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch. The barista offered to remake the drink but considering I had waited so long I just walked out with what I had. Considering the price hike Sbux has levied on their patrons it would be helpful if the orders were not only timely but right. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

Traditionally decent food and service, my chocolate cream cold brew was 40% cream, amd what appeared to be ice and very weak cold brew, I usually get this drink and I never can see through the coffee -_-' employees were too busy throwing silverware at each other when my girlfriend asked for her coffee to be fixed they handed her splenda and had her do it herself. Eventually, I just asked for something different for her, which that same lighter cold brew was used and was sub-par. We considered this one to be the best in Castle Rock but the consistency is falling. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

As a person who wears the hijab, my friend and I felt racially discriminated by the employees there when I was handed my drink. It was half empty!!!!! I have tried a lot of Starbucks stores and this by yet is the WORST. Do not recommend to anyone. Reconsidering Starbucks as my #1 coffee shop.
