Like to grab a venti hot Carmel Macchiato with an extra shot when I can. I have visited this location several times with consistently good quick friendly service. Overall this location has the consistent level of good service, great atmosphere you would find anywhere in the US and more than likely around the world. I have always found parking within a two minute walk of the door. I usually see groups of older people sitting outside around a table, enjoying themselves as they are engaged in a lively discussion. This stabucks is very low quality. The behavior of the girls at counter is very pathetic. They didn't care what you order and whether you got your order or not. They simply apologize. I mean really.... I wish I could have given zero points. This stabucks experience is like a black spot in my all wonderful Hawaii experience.... An overall good Starbucks sometimes they get very busy and overwhelmed, and your wait time is a little longer than normal. Other than that it is a great Starbucks to get a cup of coffee and hang out and enjoy the atmosphere in there, the free Wi-Fi also helps. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

These girls were super nice and though my carmel mocha venti with oat milk was $10 with a 10% tip at 855 pm it was totally worth it IMHO ...'cause the barista did a great job, with a pleasant hospitable demeanor. Like back in the day... probably just luck of the draw... But still... Remember the "$5 dollar shake" in Pulp Fiction? Really completely impossible to find utterly difficult to do anything about this place. It seems to be in the mall but is not at all. There seems to be no parking at all here which forces people to make a marathon trek across the mall to it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went here after Walmart. Apparently, Hawaii doesn't have Blonde Espresso Shots anywhere in the state, which is disappointing 😐, not just Starbucks Locations. Got a mug and they still had some seasonal Christmas 🎄items ,cranberry bliss bar. They were also out of Peach 🍑 Tranquility Tea, which is something that has plagued Starbucks locations in many states due to COVID. Enjoyed the visit and glad they were open on New Years Eve after 2100 hours.
