I usually prefer this Starbucks vs the Harris teeter one but the last few times I've been and received hot items there would be a lot of little black specs of charcoal/burnt pieces of who knows what from the oven. I mentioned that when I went back and their response was so do you want it not warmed? Not sure how they weren't trained on how to treat customers in situations like this but a simple acknowledgement and apology would've made all the difference. I personally will be driving an extra 10 minutes for the Starbucks in South Park rather than dealing with the inconsistencies of both this Starbucks and the HT one. Pretty good Starbucks located in grocery store. Drinks were fine and service was quick. Not as large of a good selection as a typical Starbucks.

AMAZING customer service. We showed up JUST before close and I felt so bad! I wanted to leave and let the barista go home but she said she could make our drinks. She said they aren't allowed to accept tips at this location, which is a total bummer! She definitely deserved it <3

So I stopped by the Starsbucks inside the Publix on South Blvd on Monday afternoon. There was 2 guys working, only one was helping a customer. As I walked up, they both made eye contact with me but…….. neither acknowledged me. So I stood there thinking ok they’re busy doing other things and they will eventually say something to me. Well they both looked at me a couple more times but still said nothing. I really wanted to see how long it would take for them to say something to me. After about close to 4 minutes and still not being acknowledged, I decided to walk away because I had become very disappointed and irritated and didn’t want to say what I was thinking. I really hope that this had nothing to do with my skin being dark like the coffee I was trying to get!!!!!! P.S the employees did not have coffee colored skin.

It does not open at 630am. It opens at 7am. Response to owner, please update the hours on Google so other don’t make the same mistake and I’ll happily delete my review.

I walked by it at the entrance to the grocery store. *bucks went bad a decade ago. "Wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole" I like coffee that tastes good. Look for some that's cured with the honey process!
