Very specific building, the former fire station becomes Cafe here. Not many seats in ground floor and 2nd floor is open at 1100AM. You can find the consistent flavor for all drinks you order. Enjoy and have fun here.

Very interesting old Japanese building (former fire station), comfortable interior, from window can watch parade on main street (annual puppet festival), and can see building of Museum of Puppets (former Japanese police station). Have book store inside

The only Starbuck in 虎尾（there is another one at the Speed Rail Station) it has nice warm atmosphere, it is also next to a bookshop where customers can take a walk through after getting their drinks, there is an upstairs area where group of students usually gather to do homework or chill. Service is usually fast with no hassle.
