Hands down, this is THE BEST STARBUCKS location in Slidell. The crew here are the most professional and friendly, and are the most consistent at getting drink orders correct. I enjoy the bonus stars, and today was half price handcrafted beverages! I had my small dog with me, so she even got a pup cup! My only request is that they carry more sugar-free flavors. I love Starbucks, my problem with this location is when I order strawberry lemonade açaí , I all ways pay extra for lite ice but every time , I always get a full cup of ice and only a drop of drink! I’m paying 80 cents more to still get a cup of ice , it’s 90% ice 10% drinks!! What’s the point in paying extra money to still get a cup of ice!!!! i frequent the starbucks on north shore blvd and it is always excellent!!!! However the one on front street in slidell is way below in standards concerning product quality and customer service! i asked for a blueberry muffin ( to be heated) . i waited behind several customers that came after me… what do i get but a cold muffin. i asked for a coffee item…. response: we are out! i asked for an iced pumpkin latte…. what do i get a “hot one”….. omg i guess the teenagers engaged in conversation with one another, instead of the customers, do not know HOT from COLD!!!!! Drive thru is almost always quick & that's a plus for busy people like I. A bit slow & slightly crowded is how I describe the place on the inside. I remember one time that there were nearly 10 drinks that were pre-ordered & waiting to be picked up. And there were several different customers waiting on their orders to be made.
