Nothing can be better than eating nicely cooked chicken tenders, honey wings and garlic parmesan. Many people visit this restaurant to taste good waffles. Delicious bourbon is worth a try here. WOW this was a horrible experience and decision to order from here. The wings used to be good and so was their service… the owner/ manager wouldn’t talk to me about how horrible these wings were. We ordered 30 wings. These wings are the size of my 2 year olds finger. It’s pathetic. they were soggy and had no meat. When I called the store the person that picked up said they knew they had bad wings…. That they used a different distributor and gave us extra wings because of it. Which first off they should have told me this when I picked them up. Second they lied and didn’t give us anything extra. Third when asking to speak to a manager the first gentleman that answered the phone was kind and understanding why I was so frustrated. He said he would get the manager. While waiting this obnoxious rude girl answers the phone saying she isn’t getting him they are “to busy” to talk or help. I let her know I wanted my money back that’s how they could fix this issue. She said no they won’t do that and basically I can get over it. I told her I wanted her boss to call me that her attitude is unacceptable and I am the customer…. So I gave them my number and of course no one called to apologize or fix their horrible service and pathetic excuse for food. Placed an order for lunch, and when I got there that my order was ready, the cashier was very attentive and welcoming. Had my lunch when I got home and it was great. I would recommend if you’re in the area stop in and order some wings and fries. I come to this specific location almost every day. My food is always amazing no matter what I get, but the wings and fries are always my favorite. The food is well worth the price and the customer service is always top notch. Would recommend to everyone! I had a wonderful experience at Spice Wing. The Sriacha wings and potato wedges were delightful. Perfect comfort food! The space is comfortable and clean and perfect to meet a friend to eat, sit, and chat. The staff was outstanding and greeted me when I entered the establishment. They let me know about their specials as well as informing me about their wing platters and catering options- which is perfect for Superbowl parties. I am extremely pleased with this establishment, and I will be placing an order for Superbowl Sunday❣️🏈👣🏈. If you are in the Suwanee area, don't hesitate to support this establishment ❣️. The wing sauces are great. Especially the Chezzi. The wings themselves had plenty of meat on them. Not those scrawny little crispy critters you get at some of these wing places. The fries were cooked and seasoned well. So as far as the food goes, 5 stars. The reason I gave 4 is because the sweet tea tasted old. Also, the men’s room was out of order so I was forced to use the women’s. That toilet didn’t work either. Also, they need better dipping sauces like the ranch, bleu cheese, etc. Not a fan of Ken’s. Maybe they should make their own. The customer service was top notch. Andy answered all of our questions about the sauces, asked if everything was ok, and gave us these little coins good for 5 free wings on our next visit. So all in all, I would eat here again.
