I love this restaurant. Every time we go in we are treated so very good. Yesterday was a hard day for our family as our oldest son had passed away 1/19 of 2020. My family wanted to bring us lunch. I special ordered a meat and cheese tray on short notice. Not only was it wonderful, it was super beautiful and yummy. You can't beat the price anywhere either. They didn't know what the reason was for the short notice order. Thank you southwest deli for the wonderful lunch on such a horrible day for me. Enjoyed a chicken salad and tea. The atmosphere was quiet. There weren't many people at the moment. Browsed through their shelves. They have a section that is gluten-free. Some of their candies are gluten-free. Check the ingredients. For celiacs who want to look for homemade goodies for coming holidays. Come here. First time here, wont be my last. A treasure was found. Yummy food, best egg salad I ever had, no kidding. Its full of stuff for shoppers to buy from pickled concoctions to candy to candles. I had a great experience here. The girls who work here are so sweet! They have a nice selection of sandwiches. Soup is only on Thursdays so I didnt get to try that. They don't have a vegetarian option on the menu but they were happy to make me a veggie sandwich with cheese. They will also toast it for you if you like. The sandwich was really good, just what I was looking for. They make the bread and all the baked goods as well as all their jams in house! Theres a large selection of other deli items as well and candy, candles, soap etc. Something for most everyone! I love the atmosphere too. Very welcoming and special. I did try the fudge and it wasnt the best I've had but it is ok. I'll definitely return.

We purchased their frozen pies twice after a friend baked one for us on a visit. They were delicious! We also dined in, the sandwiches are good, with fresh ingredients. The place is clean and inviting.

This hidden gem is absolutely wonderful. Great food and an excellent atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. I am impressed with the quality of the products and the variety that is offered. The owner was so kind and helpful. I plan on becoming a regular!

We live several hours away, but always enjoy lunch at the cafe! The food is delicious and the staff is always very kind and helpful! The atmosphere is very peaceful and is a wonderful haven for a quiet meal! I always enjoy everything that we have bought there! Enjoy!!!💗
