The coffee here is great. They have the most talented barista who makes wonderful coffee art. The prices are appropriate for the serving. You can order from the comfort of your car. I like the upstairs dining area, its very spacious and theres a clean toilet. I tried the saffron cake, it was not that good though, I’ll probably rate it 6/10. I would recommend their honey cake, its much better. I tried their rose latte(hot & cold) and the flat white. My last order was 40 qr, for the saffron cake and flat white. Sos cafe donates to a good cause, so Im always happy to dine here and support them. Overall they have great coffee and its a comfortable place. It doesn’t get crowded so it’s usually quiet. Last time I went there to get some work done on my laptop, the wifi was good and the staff here is extremely friendly.

Good experience. Staff were attentive. It was really quiet late at night. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. We left when it was closing. Not many people around. Great experience. The coffee was average for me. I ordered a vanilla caffe latte. I didn't really taste the vanilla. It tasted like a cappuccino. I didn't order any desert but my friends did and they seemed to enjoy their nutella crepes.

The Barista's Suraj and Robert really know their coffee. Great customer service and excellent coffee whether you want a V60 or an espresso they care about every cup they serve.

Terrible experience. The cafe waiter used profanity towards friends and i due to us not wanting to order over a certain amount and claimed that there is a price limit u must spend to sit within the cafe. I ordered 4 items and the waiter claimed it was not enough and we needed to spend more money and when my colleague said he was not ready to order the waiter said there is no water or baked goods and began using horrid profanity. He also threatened my colleague about fighting him outside and hitting him with a stick. Totally inappropriate. That's in addition to him swearing in Arabic which my friend translated and turns out he was swearing at me including my family. If I can give this a zero star I would. Terrible customer service there!

Costumer service not what I would of hoped for on employee especially I found very rude and found that it didn’t seem like he wanted to be there food was decently priced how ever service was terrible and it was very noisy from some younger costumers. Also dirty toilet woukd give zero stars for service and cleanliness is possible
