Our wedding experience was made all the sweeter thanks to Sophie and Emma at Sophie's Bakery, a delightfully friendly and fun team to work with! They were very fun to talk to over the phone, had helpful tips along the way, and everyone enjoyed the cake (there was none left over!) Sophie has a really easy system for ordering cake samples, and it made it easy for us out of towners. If you're in search of an wedding cake vendor in the hill country with lots of experience and a homey touch, order with Sophie!

I highly recommend using Sophie’s Bakery for your wedding or bakery needs. We sent Sophie our ideas that we found online and she was able to make them look better than we imagined! Not only did the cakes look amazing, but they tasted amazing too. We have heard non-stop from our guests how great the cake was!

Our wedding cakes from Sophie's were beautiful and tasted delicious!! We received many compliments. You cannot go wrong ordering from her. We showed her Pinterest pictures of what we envisioned for both the bride's and groom's cake, and in reality, they were even better than the pics! She's an absolute artist and will customize your dream cake. Communication with her office was easy and quick as well! If you are looking for a great Hill Country vendor, we highly recommend Sophie!

I ordered a custom birthday cake for my wife for a planned weekend trip to Fredericksburg. I used Sophie's website and the process was easy to do, and she had SO MANY flavors to choose from. The pickup process was easy too, and best of all the cake was absolutely delicious. Just perfect.

My mom ordered a cake from Sophie's for our elopement in Fredericksburg this past November. The pick-up process was easy and the cake turned out beautifully and tasted delicious. To be honest, I'm not much of a wedding cake person myself, but had two pieces of this one and they were very tasty. Everyone who attended our very small post ceremony dinner loved it!

Sophie's Bakery did an incredible job creating the wedding cake of my dream! Not only was it beautiful, it was so delicious. The communication was great during the whole ordering process as well.
PS. Do not mind the icing error in the photo. We had tiny fingers take an early taste test.

While on a road trip to celebrate my S/O's 50th bday, I decided on taking a chance on Sophie's after doing some quick research. Best decision ever!! Your chocolate cake with Bavarian creme filling left my family speechless and
wanting more!! Days later, he is still raving about the cake and keeps saying it's no plain old chocolate in that cake!! Thank you for making his birthday all the more special!

The white cake with raspberry filling was our favorite. Emma and Sophie are super helpful with tastings and cake orders. The cake was absolutely delicious and they made the delivery easy with great instructions. I highly recommend this place for hill country wedding cakes or just great cake!
