I got the Jr. Breakfast burrito, and it was the perfect size and it was really good! My step-dad got a burger, but they forgot to put cheese on it when he asked for cheese. It also took a while for our food to come but we weren't in a hurry or anything so it was ok. Other than those 2 things, everything was great! so this is my final time going to sonic here in Greenville, because don’t comprehend that if someone says no lettuce, it means no lettuce or if someone says light ice it means light ice don’t go heavy on ice. It’s like they’re not trained or they don’t care. I finally got a chicken sandwich. The coke was the best I had all day. Burger , meat burned up , tomato ends two small shards of lettuce, onions , I ordered no onions big blobs of mayo I ordered mustard , exactly what I expected . .my car hop was very friendly and professional . You seriously need to fix your intercom when pulling up to the drive thru. The girl who tried taking my order rudly yelled "I can't hear you!!!". Then another girl had to come out to verbally take my order and was also rude, glaring at me then said, "Is that all!!??". After the car in the drive through left I pulled up and they tried to give me the wrong order. Nobody would give me their names because they knew how rude they were to us. We are going on 15 minutes now. The names of your employees are Landry and Elizabeth.girl or boy with short dark hair. Extremely rude employees. Please get your intercom fixed. Train them to be polite and courteous. I didn't see Jordan or I would have spoke to her immediately. Ordered last night and the food was awful. I called up there and Harley said she would fix it and remake it. I had no problem with that. Went tonight to get the reorder. Well, I watched a girl eat something on the side line. (was not a problem because she could of been hungry from after school) what I had a problem with after she ate she then went outside to pick some trash up. Well, she was about to hand me my food. I told her I did not want that because I saw everything she done WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!! When that took place everyone up there got an attitude!! Then they said it will take another 20 to 25 mins to remake the order. With this being fast food place it shouldn't take that long. I in turned asked for GM number. I spoke with her and told her everything that happened. She said she was sorry and said she will speak with them. She didn't even offer any money back or do anything. We were quickly processed at the drive-thru order station. The "order taker" clearly repeated our order and politely provided us with the dollars due for the order. Our food order was delivered within 3 minutes after its placement. The food was hot... and the tastes were enjoyable. Overall... this was a very nice experience which we hope/plan a repeat in the near future. Service is usually good, I never have a problem with drinks, but I am SO tired of being served old mozzarella sticks. It’s every single time. I went again this morning at 9am with hopes of fresh mozzarella sticks and once again got SOGGY greasy sticks that had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Gross. We just moved to the area and have came here probably 5 times… dumb to think we would get a different result.. but EVERY TIME it has sucked. And we just got drinks each time and the drinks were either flat or just tasted so weird. So I would have a sip and waste an entire drink. Idk how you mess that up but adjust it… maybe practice making simple/highly requested drinks.

It's almost 100 degrees outside and we've been sitting in line for awhile and having watched a carhop casually stroll by our car a few times and roll her eyes at my wife for no reason at all. Luckily we had this one sweet hospitable, friendly carhop bring out our drinks finally, even though one, was not correct. Concerning the little privledged, ungrateful, eye rolling carhop, remedial training and people skills training should be reconsidered. Also, "Sonic," over the last 10+years, you have declined in providing your customers with napkins. "What," you want us to use our shirts. Please stop "just cutting costs," and provide the decent kind of service that we customers pay for and also the kind Sonic was once known for please! I will not be coming here again. I wanted to go through drive thru, i sat there for a long time, so I parked and ordered. Still waiting a long time to speak with someone, and 15 minutes for what I ordered, I would have left but I paid at the carhop. I ordered mozzarella sticks, Chile cheese tots and a drink. Drink was good just how I ordered. The chili cheese tots had many black specs. Then I tried the mozzarella sticks, they were gross. They looked like they had been dipped in oil again, no taste to them. And as you can see black specs all over. I pressed the button again, waited until my patience allowed, walked up to the doors and a guy tried to help me but I just had to ask for the manager. I asked for a refund on the sticks, they gave me cash, I asked them to refund my card. Manager told me he was not trained on refunding a single item. So I ask him to refund the whole order, then charge me what I did have. I proceeded to tell him about the mozzarella sticks which he confirmed by saying he doesn’t think they have cleaned the fryers….. like I said not going back.
