Firstly I NEVER leave reviews but I Ordered online for pickup and waited for 15 minutes at the bay, didn’t get a response so I went to the drive thru the lady had a bad attitude (I didn’t make you apply for sonic) but not only am I missing items and my food is cold, they put my bbq chicken in the bag upside down so now EVERYTHING is covered in BBQ sauce. Used to be a great sonic. The quality of food has gone down and the drive through can take up to 25-30 minutes to get through. Not sure if there was a change in management or if they just don't care but this place needs to step it back up. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime I order from here wether it be Uber eats or DoorDash there's always a missing item. I try to give then the benifit of the doubt but not anymore. From missing tator tots or hot dogs, to just random sauces I didn't order. They didn't even give me any sauces but a hand full of ketchup and mustard, which I didn't order since I'm deathly allergic to mustard. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible establishment. We go here maybe once a year to see if it gets better but it somehow just gets worse. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes, was given the wrong order 3 times, then when we went to pay, their machine was down. She refused to just give us the food for wasting our time even though most of it was just sitting right there. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place has been an absolute nightmare during the night shift, and normally I have very low expectations, until tonight. Zackery, was BEYOND helpful, kind, and accommodating. Took the time to fix my order and honestly he was just really nice. The food and shakes came out WAY better too this time around. Please keep Zack and the night shift exactly the way it is, thank you!

I get off work at 1am and struggle to find places to eat. If I show up anytime between 1:30am and 4am, there is always an excuse as to why they are not open. Please update the hours to show that you are closed between 1am and 4am or however long it takes to clean, reboot systems, etc. Food is fine about 90% of the time. We sat in our car and ate so no rating for atmosphere. I really don't eat at fast food restaurants, so I was pleasantly surprised at the Super Sonic cheese burger. Soft bread and meaty burger with the basics onion, lettuce, and tomato. Onion rings good. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5

I am a Doordash delivery driver and I had to pick up a shake from Sonic on Durango and Warm Springs. When I got there, the staff at Sonic did not bother to give me a drink carrier or a bag for the shake. They just handed me the shake in a **foam cup**. This is very rude and irresponsible. The shake could have easily spilled or dropped during the delivery. The staff at Sonic should be more respectful and attentive to their delivery partners. I was very disappointed and frustrated by their service. I will avoid picking up orders from this Sonic in the future and I suggest other delivery drivers do the same. They need to improve their service quality and professionalism. **It is also very unsafe to drive with a foam cup in one hand and no drink holder.** They are putting their delivery drivers and customers at risk with their negligence. And just to prove that I'm not picking up any more deliveries from there right after I delivered that I receipt another delivery for $8 and I decline that order. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
