Worst experience ever. Ordered the same thing twice 2 days Ina. Row through uber eats and both times had to have my order refunded because it took over 2 hrs to attempt to get it to me. I'd your employees don't want their jobs they should just quit, called 4 times to see what was going on and it just rang through, this is some of the worst customer care I have ever seen. This place should think of either having actual managers work graveyard shifts to get this in line or they should close the location never seen a fast food location not what to serve someone who orders 50 dollars in food or try to keep their business, my suggestion is order from the one on warm springs, they pick up the phone and sound friendly and willing to work. This place used to be much better, but lately it's gotten a lot worse. Something always seems to go wrong when you're there. You wanted four shakes, but they could only give you three because they ran out of ice cream. You wanted a soft drink, but they didn't have the one you wanted or the next two because they were out of those too.
