That's a good idea to order nicely cooked cheeseburgers, sandwiches and tater tots. You will enjoy its food, especially good ice cream. At this fast food, visitors may order delicious tea. Cute employees welcome guests all year round. A lot of people have noticed that the service is prompt. Delicious dishes at adequate prices are provided here. But Sonic Drive-In hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

I've found that this particular Sonic location is consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, the accuracy of my orders leaves much to be desired, with the drinks being correct only about 2 out of 7 times. It's frustrating to not receive what I've ordered, especially when it happens more often than not. As a result, my visits here have become less frequent, and I've opted to go to the North location instead, where I've found much better consistency in both service and accuracy. It's a shame that this location falls short in comparison, as I do enjoy Sonic's offerings when they're done right. I couldn't get a sandwich advertised due to the time of day. Sonic sent me a coupon or an advertisement that their burger were in sale and didn't mention anything about the time of day it was available. Just that it was on that day. So I went at lunch time to get a burger and the manager there said, "No" that I had to wait till after five. I explained that the message I got, and I showed it to her has no mention of time, just that it was a today. "No Go, Not Happy" Service: 1

We ordered 2 combos and a kids meal. It was right on the screen however when It came out half of the items were missing and not on the receipt. I said i would do without my tots if they would just bring me my drink and they charged me again for it. For their mistake!!! They don't listen at all!! We are fine with this location. Not sure what it is with the service at this location but lately it is more miss than hit. The food is fresh and a good value...when you can actually get it or even order it. Went to give them another chance tonight. Main sign turned off but cars in slots so pulled in and pushed the button and...nothing. no response from anyone. Not even to say they were closed (8:40pm on a Saturday night). Will go out of my way to go to a different Sonic from now on. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered ahead on the app, and when I got my food I noticed a topping I ordered on something wasn't there. After waiting probably 5 or more minutes for a response, I assume because they were pretty busy, they answered to tell me it doesn't show as a topping on their end and it got mixed in. I explained that it said it was a topping in the app and that is what I wanted so could I get it as a side item to add on top. They then re-explained it doesn't go through as a topping and left the button lit as talking and proceeded to ignore us so we couldn't be heard or get further assistance. I will NEVER go back to this location with how childishly they treated us. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Save your money and time, and go somewhere else. You sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes until they decide to answer you and then they say “we’re closed” an hour before the website and sign says. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to Sonic on Goliad Street in Rockwall for breakfas burritos. This is what they looked like. And it was all put in a bag that was too small to fold down, so the first turn on the way home, the bag fell over and tots rolled out. Just as well since the tots that made it home in the bag were cold. I don't expect much from a fast food joint but, come on... this was a very poor experience.

I could tell the person taking order was new so I give them that. I really wanted the Sonic double stack that was advertised on the order screen but was told that they didn’t have that anymore. Disappointing but not life threatening. Meal was hot and good.
