Absolutely terrible, couldn't even eat it!!! I ordered a simple cheese burger w everything on it, and I don't know what this was, plus it was cold, bread was hard, tater tots tasted old and were nasty. Ordered a milkshake, they said machine was down, so I got a large Dr Pepper that tasted awful. Waste.of.money that the whole thing ended up in trash. Not happy. I wouldn't even give 1 star, and very doubtful I will eat there again bc I don't want food poisoning.

4:00 is a terrible time to visit this location. Apparently, that is when shift changes, and the employees getting off work are so eager to leave that they leave without fulfilling the orders they took. We sat for 28 minutes waiting on one ice cream cone. The lady that came out was nice and briefly explained the situation, but there were 5 or 6 other people also waiting that long or longer, and that is just not ok. Every time I come here.. the food is perfect and exactly how I ordered it. The ice cream and drink are always perfect. Mixed well and never melted. The customer service is always amazing and the food comes out fast! I drive all the way across town just to visit this one because I know it will be right. Always, always, always slow but as long as you know it’s going to take a little while to get your food and you plan accordingly it good food. Many of the menu/ordering stations do not work. So you pull up to then realize the button doesn’t work so you back up and play any-mini-mini-moo till you find one that works for you. Food: 5 Service: 5

The manager was very rude and didn't take my order, I sat there for awhile and when a worker came by I asked for the manager, she said I'm the manager, and I said is that how u do ur customer, and she said I wad trying to get these orders out,,,that's all she had to say when she cut my call off when I was ordering,some people's just not manager material especially this little shirt dumpy black girl. 10/5/23 Service: 1

Not the customers fault that the speakers don’t work properly. Myself and customers near me had to keep repeating themselves. The girl taking the orders was ghetto and rude. Yelled at me to tell her the order when I did and it’s the dumb speaker. She also said I couldn’t get a cup of water with my food. I would have gladly paid but was told they don’t do cups of water. Sounds more like laziness and her not wanting to work. Worse experience ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
