This Sonics is usually okay but does mess up from time to time and usually it's okay as long as the servers who bring the incorrect items don't catch an attitude when you ask for the item you paid for. It wasn't extremely busy but I personally believe the server was not bringing the corrected item but was waiting to see if I would leave instead so I did after waiting for some time, so that the rest of the food that was ordered for someone else wouldn't be extremely cold. I take into account that customer service isn't easy and service providers go through a lot but I didn't cause their bad day and surely didn't expect to hear coworkers on speaker having to "calm the server down."
