We had a amazing dinner at Sole. It's not the first time we come as guests and like always, we were not disappointed. The location is beautiful, close to the sea with beautiful view towards St Julians. The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely amazing. We had fried calamari as a starter, a juicy black angus steak and an amazing panacotta- probably the best I ever had. Had a dinner on Monday in this beautiful place. Really impressed with the quality, service and presentation of the food. Our friend is a chef himself and he enjoyed the food a lot. Had the mussels and clams starter and the surf and turf extravaganza main (with a side of fries). Both dishes had the most delicious sauce and the proteins were so tender. Best i've had on the island (but to fair i don't eat out too much esp not at fancy restaurants). My guests were also complimentary about their dishes too. Posto incantevole. Molto romantico e accogliente. La cucina molto buona, l'unica pecca che fa scendere di parecchio il voto é la crema nelle tagliatelle all'astice. Cameriere eccellente, ha dettagliato in maniera impeccabile i piatti incidendo molto sulla nostra scelta e consigliando un vino bianco locale eccellente. Servizio 5 stelle.
