After a long walk around St. George's Bay, visit this restaurant and have a rest here. Immerse yourself in wonderful Fusion cuisine at this place. We had a amazing dinner at Sole. It's not the first time we come as guests and like always, we were not disappointed. The location is beautiful, close to the sea with beautiful view towards St Julians. The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely amazing. We had fried calamari as a starter, a juicy black angus steak and an amazing panacotta- probably the best I ever had. Had a good time enjoying the nice view and service. I'm keeping one star out here as the dishes felt a bit more expensive for what they were. For the price and the look of the place, I was expecting higher quality. Overall, it was a great dining place! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The pros : very nice location overlooking St George’s bay, with choice of indoor or terrace tables. Good selection of seafood and fish. Quick service (to be fair we came at the opening time , restaurant was still very quiet). Good food, albeit not as good as other fish restaurants in Malta such as the Seafood market grill. The cons : wine list on the menu is not kept up to date. First bottle selected came with a different vintage, and second one also ! Manage claims that they can’t control it as it “depends on their suppliers”. I asked if the wine list was also produced by the supplier ? Back of the kitchen doesn’t appear to be kept very neatly. This restaurant is a amazing!!! My wife surprised me with an evening at this establishment and it was a magical experience. From the moment you step through the doors you just know you’re in for a treat. Lively atmosphere complimented with friendly staff. Extensive wine list, but we enjoyed a couple of their signature cocktails. They were delicious! We enjoyed their tasting menu and they do justice to the term “you eat with your eyes”. The food was beautiful and absolutely delicious (The ceviche and sea bass were my favourites) and I really appreciated the extra birthday touch with dessert. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Really enjoy this beautiful restaurant. The appetizers are really good! The white wine we tried from a local winery in Malta was also very nice.The service staff are very friendly. Can be a bit busy at dinner time though. The guests at the next table kept complaining about the speed of the food being served. Also the main course beef is not our favorite type. Next time we might try seafood. I am very much looking forward to visiting during the day on weekends, because it has a very beautiful view! Service Dine in

Excellent seafood restaurant 🤤 It's South American, Maltese, Asian inspired. The restaurant is lovely and looks out towards the sea. The staff and the service was excellent, the look and ambiance of the restaurant was lovely. The food was prepared and presented so well, a work of art and tasted so good. It was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely wonderful. Each dish surprised us with flavor. The ceviche was delicious, a bit tangy but the aromas were perfectly combined. I never had beef tartare before but this one was absolutely amazing. My vocabulary does not allow me to do justice to this dishes. The cocktails were also amazing. My husband had a smokey negroni which he says was the best negroni he had ever had. I don't remember the name of my first cocktail but it was very silky and smooth, if the color peach pink would have a taste this would be it. The second cocktail had bell pepper juice in it, which sounds odd but it was delicious I would order it again. The staff was very friendly and professional. Fantastic restaurant experience with an excellent location overlooking the bay. Staff were welcoming, friendly and comfortable with making suggestions. We enjoyed the ribeye (plus a side of truffle fries) and lamb. Both dishes were cooked perfectly. The chocolate cigar is highly recommended. Had a great experience during a storm we visited it and the service was really friendly, even opened the door for us and helped to get there! Always waiting for our glance and ready for any request!
