Great food and excellent service! Everything we ate was so good. I had the Birria burrito and it was delicious, it comes with potatoes which was a nice touch. All of that’s fine and dandy but the one reason I’ll be back is for the drinks! Don’t skip out on the mock-tails.

Awesome food! This is the perfect combination of authentic and modern Mexican cuisine. I just loved the concept of only drive thru. This is very good quality food and super fresh. Bowls, they might seen small but they are really filling. I order the tinga bowls and it was perfect I also ordered the veggie burrito and it was perfectly assemble and fresh, the potatoes inside the burrito were a little undercooked they were kind of hard but, besides that I do really recommend this place. Staff is always friendly and they gave me a courtesy cookie. You might think that prices are higher than your regular fast food restaurant but it is totally worth it.

We had the pork burrito and pork bowl. Both were wonderful 👍 food was great.
The three star review comes from our online order being 30 minutes late. We scheduled for pickup at 5:15 and didn't get our food until 5:45. At that point in time we were handed the food in open containers that we had to close ourselves. No apology or recompense for the poor service. Don't over promise and under deliver.

It's a drive up. You have to make an awkward turn to pay at one window and pick up food at the opposite window. Service of handing over good food always happens though sometimes they're out of menu items. Sometimes the employees interactions with customers could be a little more friendly or communicative. But if you're just wanting the good food, they always deliver. Food is fresher and elevated compared to others. The price is higher as a result but you get what you pay for.

Coming from California…..this is an assault on tacos and burritos. First they cut the burritos and shoved them in a box. Literally not even cut all the way and because they came cut it was soggy on the bottom to the point it couldn’t be eaten. I mean if you order a burrito you typically don’t want to eat it with a fork.
The tacos were cold and the tortillas on one order weren’t even cooked. Literally cold raw corn tortillas.
Torta tastes like everything else.
Never will order again. This was honestly ridiculous. Glad Grubhub gave me a full refund because I was about to come throw this back in their faces.

Sobe Eats caught my attention as I was out running errands and actually on my way to pick up some quick fast food somewhere else. I immediately looped back around and decided to try them instead because they’ve got some serious curb appeal with their clean branding and little outdoor bistro area, coupled with their own drive-thru setup! (Also, small local business > chain restaurant, especially right now.)
Entering their location is a bit tricky if you’re not looking out for it, so pay close attention if it’s your first visit. But, if you know what you’re looking for, it’s easy. They’re RIGHT off the main road leading to the interstate onramp (across the street from At Home). Once you’ve pulled in, getting through the drive-thru is super simple.
The menu is curated to include just a few options, which I love because generally that means they’re able to do those few things really well. Also, it’s less overwhelming trying to make a decision!
You can select from four or five traditional Mexican meat options (chicken tinga, birria, seafood) as well as a vegetarian option. You can also request gluten free and keto! Meals are served as rice bowls with various different toppings and they have some kids’ meal options, too. The rice-to-meat ratio could have been pushed a little more toward the meat end, but the bowls were filling! Prices range from around $5-$15 for a meal and $2-$4 for drinks. I got a Sangria mocktail and while the meal was delicious, I would go back for that alone! SO GOOD.
The only dessert option that I saw was a chocolate chip cookie, which I got when I upgraded to a combo meal. It was a good cookie and looked like it might even have been freshly made (??). But, I think it would be awesome if they offered something more in line with the rest of their menu- like tres leches, sopapillas or OMG CHURROS. I would be all up on that!
I’ll definitely be back soon. Even sooner if they get some Mexican desserts up in there.
It’s a fun little drive thru place. I don’t love it like some other people rave about it, but I did think it was decent. I like how they make the food look pretty and it’s unique.

The Chicken Tinga Bowl is some of the most delicious food I've ever had. But the last 3 times (over the past 2 months) I've been to Sobe Eats in Sandy they have been closed. Nothing on their Instagram, Facebook, or website indicates a change of hours or a closure. There are also no notices or indications at the physical location of the change. PLEASE update your hours, because I miss the chicken tinga bowl and need to know when to stop by!!!

Meat was pretty much non existent in my tinga burrito. It was wrapped like a disaster, and it’s safe to say it was very dry. I was a repeat customer although they are a bit expensive however this time they sacrificed the one thing I pay for, quality.
A little pricey, but a 5/5 on taste. The combination of flavors on the Beef Torta are simply amazing. Will definitely going back. Also, make sure to get the matcha horchata!
