The staff is always friendly and very attentive to food allergies. The food is always good and a great meal replacement. If they ever make a mistake, they apologize, promptly fix the issue, and thank me for my patience. I highly recommend Smoothie King. This store on Shawnee Mission Parkway is one of the best.

Today i met the managers Pablo and Kayla, asked a question about protein per serving size with the Gladiator protein vs plant substitute. They were very knowledgeable and happy to help. I was able to redeem coupons on the app. Saved $2 made me feel like a real vip customer so here i am. Always good service at this location no matter how busy. Even with drive thru busy they still placed my order immediately after walking in. Definitely one of my favorite and only places to find healthy, consistently good smoothies. Thanks Smoothie King.

Employees were rude and acting annoyed. I asked for one of my smoothies to be blended separate for a peanut allergy. I watched them make it they did not bring out the separate orange colored blender for the peanut allergy one. If you have an allergy don’t come here you will die.

Great experience! It's been a while since I've been to a smoothie king so I decided to stop in! I didn't know I had two choices of an Immune builder, I just saw it on the app briefly and decided to try! I asked the girl which one was best, I appreciate her honesty when she said she hadn't had it and I went with the berry! It's really good! The staff was friendly and the smoothie is super yummy! I Ordered a small and it was the perfect size! I will definitely be back to try another!

Gave them the second chance they deserved, and they proved why they deserve it. Smoothie was spot on, tried something different from last time

Update and Edit. I have not been back yet to give this store another go yet, however after talking to the owner of this location after my initial bad review. I can't help but give 5 stars, I have zero doubt my next trip here which will be later today will be fantastic. I worked as a retail manager for over a decade and never have I contacted a customer or had any manager contact me in the way the owner of this location contacted me.
To put it simply, the owner loves and breathes this store. Our conversation had the personal touch, the true personal touchtt. We exchanged 2 or 3 emails. It was explained to me (in the best way possible) that the cup you get for a 40oz smoothie is actually a 44oz cup.This in my book leaves some room for the maker of the smoothie, and if it isn't quite touching the top or the lid then that's actually normal, I also learned that when making smoothies with protein the proteins can actually make a huge difference. They will make the smoothie either fluff up or compress down. Meaning they may be giving you more than what you order and it could still look like less.
Like I said earlier I will be at this smoothie king later today and will only change this post if it doesn't live up to the standards i'm expecting it to.
Please note, I've always been treated great at this location, so they are not lacking in great customer service.
I loved the taste of the smoothie I bought. It was peanut butter, dates, protein and chocolate. The only reason I am not giving more stars is that the place was messy. Did not seem clean. 😕 its possible we came after a busy rush or something. But anytime food is involved I get a bit weird about cleanliness. It was also quite pricey. I got a small and it was 7 dollars. I will most likely not go back.
First time in Smoothie King and very impressed very clean and Kati walked me through the menu and suggested the pineapple smoothie and the taste wow very quenching will definitely be back especially on Friday thanks for the warm welcome on my first time ever in a Smoothie King.
It's very clear there were new people working today. I ordered ahead and not only were the smoothies not marked, one of them was the wrong size entirely.
On top of that, my smoothie was completely watered down and had a very off putting taste. It was an extremely disappointing experience from the Shawnee location.
