Came here this morning with my friend. I saw that they added açaí bowls or “smoothie bowls” and I wanted to try them out and compare them to other açaí bowls I’ve had before. Overall 10/10 , the smoothie part usually loses flavor when I’ve got it other places, it ends up tasting like fruit and ice. Here I didn’t have that issue. Sooo much flavor I will definitely come back and get this! I got the PB swizzle bowl for $11.99
Order a smoothie here about every day or other day. Been ordering 20-25 mins out. Still have to wait to get my smoothie. Asked the girl with braids are yall just running behind lately. "She replys to me and says. Do you wanna come wash dishes for me. Like really. She also never pulls down the safety clear thing down when she's turning on blender. That thing explode and it's going to hurt her and customers. Safety nightmare inside.

Great smoothies horrible customer service.. set up my order as curbside. After waiting excessive amount of time I called and said I was calling in my curbside order and gave them my name they said they had my shake we got off the phone I continue to sit there for another five minutes walking inside and my shake was on the counter not lazy just didn’t want to unload two toddlers out of the car

Man, this team here sure knows how to take care of you. Customer service is on point and the manager actually cares about his employees/customers. 5 ⭐️ all around. Highly recommend checking them out
The people at Smoothie King today were amazing! They helped me find a wonderful smoothie despite my fruit allergies! They were so welcoming and accommodating… sometimes it is not that way. It was also super yummy and I will definitely be back!
This morning I order on line at 8 am and it said it was received and be ready at 8:33 am. I drove over and it was not open. An associate was out side waiting. I went to dollar general and came back. Still not open. I called other smoothie to see if I can get some help for her. Called corporate office left a message. Went back home. Said my order was ready.drove back up there. The young lady that was waiting out side open the door and apologized. I asked her what happen. The person that was supposed to open up is still not there. I told her it was not her fault she was on time. Finally the opener came in. Never apologized. I love smoothie king. I would of like to had this gentleman be professional. Maybe I am asking to much.
The two girls hated there job and both had an terrible attitude and bad customer service.. waiting for 45 minutes.

It appeared to be very busy while it was near closing time. The staff seemed to be flustered but handled it quite well. The gentleman in charge did a fantastic job dealing with all the annoyed customers and was very professional the entire time. The man that was working Feb 15th night deserves a big pay raise. The smoothies were still delicious.
