Wonderful cigar lounge. Bryan is a great host to those that enjoy cigars in the Charlotte, NC area. Wonderful atmosphere with regular events nightly. Walk in humidor has a nice selection of brand name and even local blend cigars. Nautilus is a gem working the bar or greeting you at the door to check in. Comfortable and quality seating inside with outdoor patio. Great for small groups to come in a spend time with cigars, drinks and friends. Definitely worth a visit when you are in the area. BBQ pit sets up outside to feed your hunger. Outside food allowed to be brought inside. Price per person $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best cigar spots in the Charlotte Metro area, great cigar selection, drinks are moderately priced and the service is great. They get to know your name after only a few visit. Definitely worth the stop!!! Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So I was very happy with the service, how well I was treated, the drinks are great, wide variety of cigars available as well with nice cushy chairs and couches, like a fine lounge, warm atmosphere with dim lights, brick interior walls… I wasn’t aware that it’s membership only, so they were kind to me and explained everything to the newbie. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because they do not serve food. Much needed when serving alcohol. And the one waitress across the street at the seafood restaurant 🤢 isn’t enough. I definitely enjoy the live music and atmosphere and diverse crowd.

Visited last night 8/25/23 for my husband's birthday, the owner is very nice personally introducing himself welcoming our party of 8 even going as far as rearranging seating. The owner and and his party were seated beside us the atmosphere was a very great vibe just what I was looking for thanks to google reviews. Fast forward after the owner and his family left the vibe of the lounge went downnnnnn completely. Friday night the Lounge closes at 12am at 11:01pm the door man announced "last call and for us to hurry finish our drinks and close out tabs because he has worked 58 hours this week he was tired and had something to do" Ok we speeded up our pace finished our drinks and closed our tab. Here's that kicker of unprofessionalisam while packing up our food from the the truck that was provided on scene my husband dropped the ranch from the chicken instead of helping to provide service the doorman made a dramatic scene ranting on about how "damn now he would have to clean this up" all while my friend nicely bent to her knees with napkins to clean the spill, the door man actually started impolitely clapping and cheering, the bartender stated "all because he didnt want to mop the floor" DISBELIEF. Don't get me wrong we had a great time the atmosphere was great, our waiter was great, the live band was great the owner was phenomenal. I just hate the lack of empathy from that one employee will make this establishment lose returning patrons. Came here to see Groove Masters Band with my sisters and enjoyed the outdoor patio vibes. I don't smoke cigars but the outdoors provided a nice environment. 👌🏾 The music is/was amazing. The energy here is cool... grown, chill type. The people enjoyed just as much as I. The drinks looked good... sis got a Carmel Apple and said it was referred... as well as delicious!
