Went to customer service to get money back from a roast I had purchased but wasn’t in my bag. I had called the same day and was told it is wrote in a book and I could come at any time to the service fest and get my purchase price back. I went today but was told refunds are only good for 180 days so I couldn’t have my refund. I said I’m not returning anything it wasn’t put in my bag. And I still had the receipt and was never told there was a time limit. Aggravation was also added because there was no one at the service desk. Myself and another woman waited several minutes until am employe came.

Smith's is always great. The employees are very helpful and will walk you to whatever you're looking for. They will even help you decide on a product. Wonderful customer service. The employees in the pharmacy are great too.

their produce is always fresh and the staff are all friendly and helpful, however there's been multiple times that i've seen expired food on the shelves, including meat. if you shop at this location i'd advice to always double check the date before you purchase anything. also, the price tags aren't always accurate, so double check your receipts before you leave to ensure you paid the correct amount.

They have the best produce in the ogden area. Best if you use their fresh value card. It offers in store discounts and you can earn points to save money on gas.

This is a clean store. It is setup nicely as well. Seems a little dark inside but not too dark to find stuff.

Such good deals! I forgot how much cheaper Smiths can be than say Walmart. Also, you can earn rewards on gas. I have no idea why I ever stopped shopping here!

A local grocery store with a wide selection of perishables and non-perishables as well as a well staffed, deli and meat department. Unfortunately they do not have a cheese department. They do an excellent job of keeping everything well stocked as best they can in these trying times. The store is always clean and no riffraff wandering about. Update the store seems to hired more staff and are consistently running more checkout stands and those checkout stands almost always have a bagger. Thank you very much The only thing I would add is a better selection of cheese. Most of the other Smiths have an entire island dedicated to cheeses. This one has basically nothing

Been going here for years. I really appreciate their efforts for store layout and pricing. We also like that they offer free fruit (apples and bananas) for the kids while shopping so they have something to snack on.

I would suggest not using any cards here especially in the fuel center. Because they have an employee ho doesn't know how to do his job. They will run your cards multiple times then they won't give you your money back even though it has gone through. They at that it is your bank fault. This place hires crooked people and then they have poor customer service and treat there customers horrible. I will not be going back to place of crooks. I will also be telling my family in which Will stop going there as well. I wish I didn't even have to give them a star because they don't deserve it. The bookkeep Candace is awful and the clerk Marques is the one who was in the fuel center. This establishment is awful and crooked so are the people they hire.
