The prices are so HIGH!!! $4 for a scoop of ice cream! Very nice atmosphere! The clerk was not very friendly.

To the owner, your employee never told us those prices. She was not very friendly. Being friendly would have such a different end to our visit. I would have paid $5 a scoop for friendly! There were 3 of us and only 1 purchased. The person that purchased said that the ice cream was VERY good! I really liked the ascetics of your business, it is a shame that your employee didn't match the vibe you created. I love to shop with small businesses and was hoping this would be a regular spot for us. I truly wish you luck and prosperity with your business.

Needed a cake in a pinch Easter Sunday, because I forgot to order one. Settled for cupcakes instead, best idea!!!. Got a dozen, several flavors, all were delicious. Soft, not over sugary, huge cupcakes. They even have a small selection of cupdcakes for Keto, Gluten Free, and Vegan diets.
Only small disappointment was the cupcake milkshake. The employees are zero clue how to make, and the thing came out looking disappointing, and depressing. Nothing like the pictures. There was no returning it, so I took it anyway, since it was already paid for. Hope the owners will teach the employees how to make those shakes to look like the pictures.
I'll definitely return.
My husband and I have always had a great experience with this Smallcakes location. The customer service is always spot on and the cupcakes are quite tasty. I was excited to try the marble cheesecake cupcake for the first time. I would have given this cupcake a five star until I made it at least 75% through the cupcake and found not 1 but 2 hairs that were obviously baked into the cupcake and not belonging to a member of our household (African- American with locs). I am truly disgusted. I know we have no control over hair shed but I think hairnets need to be considered for your bakers.
Cute small cafe style bakery, we got 6 different cupcakes to-go, they seem expensive but they're HEFTY each one weighs like half a pound.
The quality of everything was very good, my only complaint was the flavoring is very mild on some, but for the simpler flavors like vanilla or red velvet very good!
