This fast food offers its visitors Greek cuisine. That's a nice idea to order perfectly cooked chili dogs, spaghetti and salads. It's easy to find Skyline Chili due to its great location. The positive aspect of this place is that the staff is pleasant. Fine service is something guests like here. Pay reasonable prices for eating at this spot. The spectacular atmosphere makes a good impression on people. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this fast food deserved 4.5.

Eli waited on me and he was awesome! When I walked in I was immediately greeted! It was a lunchtime rush and the place was packed- they asked if I wanted to sit at a table and cleaned a booth quickly for me. My whole customer service experience was next level, from the caring respectful approach to the way the staff interacted with each other and the other customers- you would have expected to be in a more sophisticated restaurant. Kudos to the management for creating a superior working environment where they elevate their employees and empower them to provide excellent customer service that easily mimics a fine dining experience. The 4way with onion was excellent and the hot sauce amazing. I did remove some of my cheese as the high pile was more than I wanted, and was able to bring it home for my puppy. The crackers are so good with a smidge of hot sauce on them (a recommended treat). The desert was a red velvet cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory and it was just like being there!!! Just as good as the ones in their place (minus the whipped cream). I would recommend this place to others for the excellent service and fun Ohio food experience. I will return for the customer service experience alone. I would give Eli 10 out of 5 stars!! He is an asset to the team. Like most of the skylines I've been to the service was awesome. The seating was "diner nice". I always order skyliners and got 2 normals and 1 habanero. My father in law came to visit and he got 2 normals. He liked the dogs as well! Thanks guys really appreciate the hospitality. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

These servers were on the ball, helpful and knowledgeable. Knew what possible adds we may want and courteously offered to ensure a satisfied order. I only rated food as a 4* cuz I'm ok with it, not my go to. This one does it right! Although there's no drive thru it's ok because unlike other locations this one's not a CPZ. The staff were very nice and accommodating, got the order absolutely spot on. I’ve been eating here my whole life. I’m not sure how long Josh has been managing there but seems like a long time. That guy is the greatest manager of all time. The way he communicates to his employees is unmatched at any business I’ve ever seen. His customer service is top notch. He never seems to waiver from excellence. With saying that, the staff is awesome everyone of them because they have a great leader and example. This may seem a little over the top, but in todays world customer service is lacking everywhere. I myself have even found my customers service has gone down. Guys like Josh should give us all inspiration to be kind to people and to give it 100% everyday. Thanks Josh! I was very pleasantly surprised when I visited this Westerville Skyline Chili, this is a hidden gem. The first thing I notice walking in was the the whole staff was happy, very welcoming, and you could tell they truly enjoyed their job. Alex was wonderful as were all the other employees, tonight. Everyone was smiling and enjoying themselves. I would also like to note that the restaurant was very clean. The team tonight at this location are total assets to Skyline. They take pride in their job and it shows. Great job everyone!! Thank you for doing a great job with our order. I was warmly greeted when I walked in the door, I felt very welcomed. They now give you little packets of hot sauce and I like lots and lots of hot sauce. It was wisely suggested that I buy a bottle of hot sauce that they have for $3, a great idea. Cincinnati chili is what it is and you either love it or you do not. If you have never tried it, you should give it a go. I fancy the five-way chili on noodles with cheese with lots of hot sauce. Sure, I really enjoyed my food, but I was astounded by the staff today. All things considered, they were pretty busy, but everyone was very careful, safe, and social distanced as they should be right now. Everyone on staff made sure everything was taken care of. Josh, who I assume was a manager of sorts, really set the tone. The tone that Josh set, really worked. I will be back.
