The only positive thing about the place is that there is a very nice view of the city. But the management of the place, nothing professional. Starting with the mess of making reservations. They made us wait 15 minutes and we didn't have a table. They cornered us at a small, uncomfortable table. the waiters stunned, not knowing what to do, not at all attentive. They do not have several products on the menu, or they get confused when placing the order. forcing us to pay for something we didn't ask for. Too many women of the night have much more preference and right, in any case, to go with their sponsors. TO AVOID Food: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My friends and I, all dressed to the nines, decided to try out the sushi at Skybar. To our surprise, they provided just one tiny bowl of soy sauce for all our dishes. When we asked for more, our request was initially ignored. Upon insisting, they begrudgingly provided another small portion. The waitstaff's demeanor was far from accommodating, resulting in an overall poor service experience. As for the sushi, it was unremarkable and didn't stand out. The majority of the clientele seemed to be entitled teenagers, and their immature energy was palpable. Safe to say, Skybar didn't live up to our expectations. Despite the allure of the Skybar, I found the service lacking and the quality of the food below par. The ambiance was overshadowed by an air of superficial entitlement. While the company of friends made the evening enjoyable, I wouldn't choose to revisit this establishment in the future. Price per person MAD 200–250 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Overall the staff were so rude and unprofessional, they gave us a table for 2 people but we were 3, and they asked us To move to another table and one of the servers came to our table asking who moved us without even say hi in a rude way and the ridiculous thing that we stayed 30 min and nobody asked us about our orders and all this while the manager was watching all this scénario Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I bodyguard sono poco disponibili e mancano di professionalità, si sentono i padroni del posto e ti parlano come se fossero superiori solo perché indossano una giacca e una camicia di poliestere. Il numero per prenotare non è mai disponibile, il personale è scocciato e anche maleducato. molto bella la vista e l’ambiente del sabato sera, i camerieri sono molto disponibili, anche il bar tender, spero veramente che si riesca a risolvere questo problema dei bodyguard e della reception perché ogni locale che si rispetti deve avere almeno un numero di telefono funzionante. Bonsoir , Ma visite au rooftop a été gâchée en grande partie par l'hôtesse d'accueil . Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a accueillis avec un manque total de professionnalisme et d'amabilité. Elle semblait désintéressée de notre présence et a été très froide dans son attitude. Elle n'a pas pris la peine de nous expliquer le fonctionnement ou de nous donner des informations utiles sur l'endroit. C'est dommage que le premier contact avec cet établissement ait été si négatif à cause de son comportement. J'espère sincèrement qu'ils amélioreront leur service à l'avenir. J'ai pris une bouteille sur la carte. Le serveur me ramène la facture et je paie. Quand je check, je me rends compte qu'il a augmenté le prix de 50%. Quand je parle au serveur, il commence à gueuler et a être intimidant en me disant que c'était une ancienne bouteille je ne sais quoi. Après 30min a rouspéter auprès des responsables, ils s'excusent et me remboursent en mentionnant une 'faute de frappe'. Continuez à faire ça et puis dans 6 mois y aura plus de clientèle. A part ce (gros) détail tout est sympa, même les vigiles. Dommage.
