We had our New Year’s Eve, ’23 dinner at Skinny Legs. What a blast! The place was quite full, and we had a short wait at the bar, but service was very good. We had rum punch, painkillers, a bushwacker… all were some of the best we had on the island. There was live music, and the guitarist kept encouraging us to give a cheer for Skinny Legs, which everyone was happy to do.
For dinner, we had the amazing blue cheese burgers. If you’re a blue cheese fan, like my wife, this’ll be one of your favorite meals. I enjoy blue cheese, but the generosity of the cheese was a bit much for me. Next time we go, my wife will get the same thing, and I’ll switch over to cheddar. We finished with Skinny Legs legendary key lime pie. Outstanding. A lovely way to ring in the New Year!

Fun little spot and proud not to have a deep fryer! They do serve potato chips with all the sandwiches though so not 100% concerned about our health :-)
The homemade veggie burger and the homemade veggie Reuben are both outstanding. Over all it's your typical island bar with good food. The prices are very good.

Veggie Bean Burger
Stopped at Skinny Legs for lunch after finding another restaurant closed for the day. Glad we did!
My GF got the burger special which she loved. I got a homemade veggie burger with the Greek salad. Both were excellent and I highly recommend.
Staff was busy and parking can be cramped with the number of fellow visitors. But the team was attentive and atmosphere was pleasant (though it's hard to find a bad spot on St.John). Pricing was actually surprisingly reasonable, an added plus.
We also checked out the store up front which had a nice selection of different touristy items i.e. t-shirts, hats, etc.
We will certainly stop back the next time we're in.

Truly an island vibes bar. The sign reads "we still don't have a fryer," because there are no fries to be had with the burgers. And the burgers are the best in town. You can get a hamburger, cheeseburger, blue cheeseburger, or the daily special burger. All come with a side of LTO fixins and you can add various toppings from.mushroom to grilled onion to A mix of local and tourist community. If you want something different, there are other sandwiches -chicken, Mahi, veggie, and amazing salads with Josephine 's local greens.

Their tag line of a pretty ok place is very accurate. Just feels like a backyard party with friends. First visit was in the 90s and we continue to return.

Key Lime Pie
At Skinny Legs I had a jerk chicken breast sandwich topped with a slice of pineapple with mango chutney. It was perfect. The key lime pie is served frozen, it was delicious. Nice bay breeze while sitting at a picnic table.

We ordered drinks and burgers. Burgers came out completely raw not even warm, they sent them back and gave us new ones to go and we get home and they are still undercooked. Order drinks not food, waitress acted like it wasn’t an issue. Picture is the ones we took home, not even the original.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Burgers were absolutely worth the hype. Cooked on an open flame grill to perfection. Fresh picked greens made for one of the best Greek salads ever. House made key lime pie was outstanding. A New England sports dive bar vibe in a corner of Coral Bay made for quite the atmosphere, complete with backyard picnic tables and chickens. Worth the 30 min ride from Cruz Bay, just be sure you have a ride back!
