It was horrible. The food is disgusting and my money has been robbed. I feel so wasted and shameful for even looking at such a vile establishment. I hope your day isn’t as bad as mine.
This the most honorific buffet I have even seen. I definitely won’t recommend this place. No traditional Puerto Rican food at all. The buffet food taste disgusting so I decided and order a burger for me and chicken breast for my son and was even worse. Burger meat was reheated and it smelled. Chicken breast tasteless and dry.

I have been here 4 times now and every time seems to be worse than the last. They are always understaffed the food is terrible I ordered the steak and unlimited shrimp and unlimited fountain drinks didn't have a single refill my stomach started to turn before I finished my first serving, our waiter barely attended us and we had to ask multiple times for basics like utensils... never again

Manager or cashier on 7/9/23 did not provide 5 senior citizens with discounts after it was brought to their attention nor did they want to reverse the charges, put back on credit card to give us the discount, as done in the states. So, got stuck eating they're buffet, which appeared to have been old or sat for hours. My recommendation to those visiting Puerto Rico, please be very careful when purchasing items and eating out at restaurants in Puerto Rico, they have their own set of POLICIES/RULES and do not return your money. WHEN IN DOUBT, ASK, ASK QUESTIONS.

They need more staff (they're hiring btw); they had two waitresses for about 30 tables during lunch rush. They did the best they could with what little they had.
The food is fair to midlin'. The potato salad needed salt, the fried chicken was fried in old oil, the viandas did not taste good, and the rice needed washing. The garbanzos were really good, as were the corn fritters, and the salad.
