Called them about product and shipping info. The guy on the phone sounded like I was bothering him to talk to him. Even before I could ask about pricing, He wanted to know if that's all I need. So i promptly said good by and called Maine Lobsters Now and ordered $311.43 worth of lobsters. I have found a much nicer company to work with.

We have been ordering from Simplylobsters for 8 years. We get a few shipment of Lobsters and clams each summer and Fall, and every delivery has been perfect. We remain a loyal customer and can't thank you enough.

I really like Simpflylobsters and how they have new offers for the summer. My order was shipped to me super fast and on time. There were no casualties. I would definitely recommend Simplylobsters to anyone who loves lobster and wants it shipped to them fresh and fast.

They charged our credit card and failed to ship the lobsters to us. I had ordered 6 weeks in advance for our annual lobster party, 24 guests and no Lobster. What is worse is that they were not remorseful and didn't offer an apology or coupon or any sort of compensation. There are plenty of other companies out there....use one of them!

We are totally pleased with Simply Lobsters. Each time we have ordered, the lobsters and clams came to us exactly as promised, alive and fresh. They came right on time and were absolutely delicious. We are already planning our next order...Great service and delicious seafood...

WARNING, scam alert!!! This is the second time I have had issues with these crooks. They Charged my credit card and admitted they had never shipped the lobster. He refused to refund the money. I Disputed the charge with Visa, and he fought the dispute. It took 3 months to get reimbursed. I have switched to The Lobster Guy and had zero problems.

Delivery was on time and exactly what I ordered. It really made my day. Their prices are very competitive with great quality. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Decided to order due to hearing of new management... not only was shipping completed well before timeline, it was also well taken care of and communication was significant! Definitely a reliable source now!

Never received the gift card that was supposed to be sent to my email that my uncle paid for, for my birthday. Called multiple times (number says not in service), emailed 4 separate times and no response. An absolute waste of time and money.

My fruends and i bought 24 lobsters on July 4 weekend for our party. All the lobsters were delicious and alive upon arrival. We hope to do again soon. We tell all iur friends to order in future. Thk you so much
