Food: The food. Perfectly cooked and tasty. Every bite had flavor. If you are in the area, it is a must try.
Counter Staff: The front desk was clean, but I was distracted by the amount of non-business conversations going on with the employees. I will still state that they were polite, friendly, and courteous. The food was even delivered right to my table unexpectedly and it was quick, polite, and friendly.
Menu: I attached the current menu they had on had the day of my visit. It appears they covered the usual breakfast amenities. Menu was easy, clean to read.
Overall Experience: The bagel shop was not overcrowded, and still had a decent amount of people in it. The staff was polite, and the food was good. Definitely will be going back but not as much as I would like due to the cost. I would say try it. Enjoy pictures of the food I ordered. Thank you Silver Bay Bagels, and before you say that your prices are in-line with competitors in your area, I already checked. They are a little bit higher.

The bagels are very thin, possibly an issue letting the bagels rise during baking process. Overall sad bagels and lacking substance on the breakfast sandwich. However the single egg on the sandwich was cooked nicely!

Great bagel and breakfast place at the shore . The food is delicious great menu. More than just bagels ! Coffee is always fresh ! The owner is an awesome guy and the staff is so friendly I love this place

I couldn't believe the price of a sesame bagel with butter, I almost fell over when I heard the price. $3.36???
At Broadway, where the coffee is a 10/10, it's $4.00 even for a LARGE coffee AND a bagel with butter!!
You guys gotta be kidding with your pricing. At least make the bagels absolutely huge then! But it was a small bagel too! Unbelievable. The owners must have several yachts and Rolls Royce's.

Great bagels, great place, however service was terrible. i felt rushed from the second i walked into the door. i wasn’t greeted with a hello or even a small smile. i’m normally not ine to write a review however it’s a continuous patten each time i come that the staff is dismissive and rude.

I’m not going back to this place until they teach their staff basic customer service skills. The bagels are really good, but EVERY SINGLE TIME i go in I get the worst attitude, god forbid you wanna look at the menu before you order. It’s gotten so bad that I have to mentally prepare my self before going in. No place should be like that. The girl with the big eyebrows, the older women, and the tall average looking white women need to be fired. Like seriously there’s multiple reviews talking about the attitude and I guess the boss doesn’t care? Or has no idea how to run a business. No one should be yelled at for looking at the menu and be rushed when there’s no one behind you.
By far the best bagels in Toms River area. Bagels are the perfect size and grill staff puts together great breakfasts.
