Chicken wings 🪽 were delicious. Great taste. The celery on the plate was disgusting. I'm not sure how they could put that on the plate ,it was wilted and brown! Oh well, I didn't even touch it. First timers. Great location with plenty of parking. Spacious layout inside and on the patio. Only negative was it was quite loud/noisy as it is connected to a bar on the main floor. Booths are comfortable. Servers were quick and friendly. Food was delicious and flavorful. Truffle Fries (not soggy, not bitter, perfectly crisp) with the aioli was a great starter. Our family of 4 trialed the following: Chicken Fried steak (Excellent large portion with bountiful sides), Pesto Chicken Sandwiches x2 (Excellent portion stuffed to the brim, presentation clean), and the Pot Pie( Excellent portion, flavorful, and hit the spot). Honestly, if there were 6 stars available, this place gets all 6! Amazing location, unbelievable concept and execution of design, food was perfection on a dish, but the service was "medal" worthy. As a veteran and foodie, this place checks everything on the list, then added a few. Our server, Ruby, was beyond spectacular. She even went around outside to lower a shade for us. Practically circumnavigation the building. The appetizer included salted pita, possibly the best addition to a spinach and artichoke dip that I've had. The table enjoyed everything ordered. I highly recommend this place. Please come by and support these folks and enjoy the best dining experience in the area. Just Wow. An adjective should be added to this restaurant name - Sensational Sidewinders American Grill It's also Veteran owned. I visited yesterday on November 30, 2023, my second time here. Earlier I visited back in March. I'd visit more often but I no longer live local. I'm definitely planning on returning when I visit Montana again in the spring. I can't say enough good things about this place. The food is fantastic, the beer is great, and the staff is friendly. Previously, I had a hamburger and mozzarella bites which were wonderfully delicious. This time I had the chicken pot pie(picture attached) with Caesar salad. Delicious!! Even Guy Fieri from Diners, Drive-In's and Dives has been here. If you haven't eaten here, you are missing out! Visited this restaurant while staying at Manhattan, MT en route to Yellowstone. Found this restaurant via Google and wanted the check out because they had great reviews. When we got here, we were amazed by the patriotic decorations, flags, pictures, painting and friendly staff. The wait wasn't that long, may be because it was a Sunday but it was worth it. The food though... Only gave it a 3-star because it wasn't that good. Ordered Cajun pasta and it tasted very blend and didn't taste the Cajun seasoning at all. The portion was kind of small for a $22 dish also. The Mac n Cheese ordered didn't come with macaroni. It was just a pasta with cheese kind of dish with pulled pork. The pizza was good and big. The kids didn't like the steak because it was dry for a rare cooked meat but the garlic fries that came with the steak was good. Decided to try Sidewinder’s for a third time late afternoon/early evening (arrived around 4:30 p.m.). Numerous available booths and tables- we were surprisingly seated at a table close to the bathrooms and game room, not my choice however decided to go with the flow and not ask for a different table. After reviewing the menu which was not gluten friendly or Low FODMAP friendly, I mentioned to our server that I had questions since I was as gluten intolerant. She immediately said there was a gf menu- I was excited to see the options. While I have issues with gluten in addition to FODMAP’s it’s always an issue to eat out. All sandwiches have the option of a gf bun or lettuce wrap; fries are beer battered (why not do a gf free - potatoes are naturally gluten free or use a gf reduced/gf free beer, as there are many options within the Bozeman breweries); sweet potato fries are gf (shared fryer for those needing a separate one.. not an option). I chose a Dagwood sandwich with a lettuce wrap and crispy bacon- delivered as requested. The lettuce was crunchy yummy and perfect! As a side the mashed potatoes -light garlic flavor and smooth texture of red potatoes. The noise level was moderate to high with families eating early with little ones. Staff was attentive, yet appeared to not having a good day or was just tired. Would I visit again- after three tries they have gotten better, yet not my first choice for dining as a gal that has food intolerances in Bozeman Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
